The property was in a great location with a minute walk to the main shopping street, a few extra minutes to the closest metro, fabulous cafes close for breakfast small express carrefour for any snacks and 5/10 minutes from some of the big sights like the pantheon, trevi and the Spanish steps.
The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated with a fabulous jacuzzi bath, modern and clean toilet and room was made with fresh towels every morning.
Not much not to like, if I had to think of something it would be that the bed slats have been screwed in so you could hear them squeak when you moved in bed. Not something to complain about but maybe the slats had to be screwed in as a repair

The staff were lovely, checked in on us a few times and gave some food recommendations. The room was very clean, always fresh towels and bedding. We had a balcony which was great as the weather was good.
The only thing we didnt like was that room didnt have a kettle, there was a shared one but it would have been better having one in the room.

when i was at the location i wanted to book two more nights. because of credit card regulation in ,y country i could not pay in advance. the reception affirmed that i can pay on day of new check. last minut i was told that since i did not pay the room was not reserved and i cannot get it. this was after i was told that i can pay when checking back in. last minute i had to look for whatever was available at the time. the team was not helpful and some where even rude. bad expeirence.

Absolutely amazing location and the room was so clean, we had room service every day, really really nice!

The early check-in was very much appreciated.
Poor slow wifi which meant constant buffering while trying to watch TV on our tablets as there were no UK channels on the room TV.
Also, the lack of crockery and cutlery and having to use a shared space for access to a kettle which really should be in every accommodation.
