Nadia, our host was very welcoming and helpful. There were breakfast snacks, yogurts, coffee and juices. The B&B is opposite the metro station, making it very easy to get into central Rome.
Beds were quite firm (I was fine, but my sister didn't sleep very well). You can hear the metro if you are in one of the two bedrooms on that side (but the sound didn't bother me).

All was very clean and room was set up every day the condioner worked perfect all the facilities was very good the room is small a bit but it was ok for 3 persons family the location was perfect

Nadia was very kind, accommodating, considerate and personable. I arrived much earlier than expected but Nadia was so understanding and went out of her way to make sure I settled in OK and even offered an alternative room until the room I booked was available.
I would recommend Rifugio Di Roma for anyone attending any of the certifications run by Roma Tre Institute.
Nothing. Great location for accessing Roma Tre University as well as the centre of Rome.

Directly across the road from the Metro was great, easy to get around. The bar next was handy, also a supermarket on the next street.
The apartment was very quiet.
We cooked a couple of meals, and enjoyed the coffee and pastries provided. WiFi worked great.
Nothing to dislike really.

Very clean and comfortable. Good to get your own breakfast and drinks at any time of day. So if you wanted to get up late you can.

Part Bed from B&B is much over expectations. Superb localization, just behind the gate to the underground (main metro line B). Extremely kind owner and staff. Very clean. Refrigerators in the rooms. Access to the kitchen
The breakfast part from B&B is a little bit lower expectations, which might be due to habits in my region. Yohurts and long-term valid croissants do not fit my diet. I would kindly ask for an electric kettle. It is more convenient and much faster in use, than old fashion kettle with a whistle. What is more, it is not to use during the night, when other people sleep.

The owner was very nice, and the place is VERY conveniently located near a subway stop. It made commuting very easy. The bed was comfy, and I noticed that the shower drained slowly the first couple of days but they fixed that immediately. The room was cozy and had a nice little balcony.
For the price, the breakfast could have been a little nicer (since I was traveling for work, breakfast being included in the lodging took away the per diem allowance for breakfast) and there was an extremely strong air freshener in the room when I arrived (I unplugged it and then it was fine), but these are very minor things :)
Oh, and there was only one set of keys, which made it difficult to coordinate with my roommate about returning at different times.

Location was good because it was right in front of the subway. And the beds were comfy.
The breakfast was poorer then we expected, one morning the food wasnt even stashed. We didn like that the doors were like paper, so we heard averybody and everybody heard us. Even if the the facility was quite clear, the floors in our room seemed that it would need some scrubbing and the water in the shower didnt drain as it should.

Transport to the place its not a problem and tNadia Meschier is such a wonderful person so caring and very helpful.
The TV Stations are very limited please try to include English stations. TPlease also include an Iron in the room for use by guests..
