Our check in was amazing and we got a personalized map with all points of interest, best restaurants and all kinds of information for touring Rome. The room was beautiful and very clean. The location could not be better! So easy to walk to anything in the city and shops and restaurants steps away.
I could have used a fan in the room just to cool down a bit.

Nico, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful upon arrival and was available via WhatsApp for any questions during our stay. Also, after a 16 mile day of walking, the jacuzzi was wonderful. Fantastic location!
Bed frame was a little big for the room we were in as we kept running into it. Also, we found the room was always slightly humid.

Nico was very kind and helpful. The B&B is close to the bus that goes to Fumicino.

The shower is really badly designed. The floor is slippery and there is nowhere to put soap and shampoo.

The property was very clean and private. For couples was perfect. The location is very central and accessible to everywhere you need to go.
Well I didnt like that is advertised as a bed and breakfast and there is no such thing not even to drink a glass of water at night. I had to buy plastic cups and bottles of water and drink it at room temperature and theres no jacuzzi like is advertised. Domenico is great but if you going to use this property be aware that youre going to get a nice room and thats it and if youre a little old those stairs are not easy to climb with suitcases it Domenico was nice enough to help us with it. Just to let you know what youre getting when you book it.

The room was in a great location just off the main streets and well within walking distances to all main attractions. Our host was loverly and vibed really well with us. Took the time to show us where to go and places to eat via a map. Gave a brief overview of the building. Bed was big and comfy and the room a nice cool temp. Good for summer!
The price was a little steep, possibly because of the location. The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower head was in an awkward position and leaked.

The hospitality provided by the owner of the hotel is the highlight for us. Domineco provided us guide how to get around Rome and where to hunt good foods All this is very much appreciated by travellers like us.
Pretty strategic location to access train and attractions in Rome.
Not easy to locate the place.
