Nico is the best apartment owner who I ever met! He helped with the road from the airport and back, invite to visit the jacuzzi even at night because I had a lot of work. He also recommend some cafes nearby. Really appreciate this help and recommend you to stay in this apartment. The room was cleaned, big and comfortable. It has a fridge, iron and all that you need to stay in your journey.

Clean, comfortable room - in recently renovated space. The owner was very responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our visit. He met us exactly on time and took the time to mark everything that we wanted to see on a map of the city. There is a large hot tub available, but we did not have time to use it...
Breakfast is not included, even though listed as a bed and breakfast. Still - everything else was really very good!

Room was a good size , the bed was comfortable. The host was very attentive and accommodating.
The bathroom wasnt vented properly. The bathroom did not have a proper stack . Odours were backing up into the room !

The owner Domenico made everything so easy, he met us as soon as we arrived explained everything and even recommended restaurants. The room was spacious, beds were comfy , the aircon very cold and the rooms were cleaned every day. The jaquizzi and sauna were a Bonus. over all 10/10 will definitely return.

The room was big and beautiful and located next to Castle Sant'angelo. The jacuzzi and sauna were located next door and were great. The host was very helpful with getting to the place and explaining about the room and about Rome.
There was only a small upper window in the room which really limited the airflow to the room but with the a/c it didn't really matter.

The owner was amazing! Super friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner that night. The property is perfectly located for the Vatican and the rooms are very spacious.
Unfortunately our showers wasn't crash hot and didn't drain properly. We were only there for one night so didn't bother us much.

The property was quirky and the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus.
The property had an unpleasant smell which I think was coming from a reed diffuser in the hallway. It could have been cleaner than it was throughout.
