Location is highly accessible to shopping and historical sites. The accommodations are in the 4th floor, accessible by an elevator. Rooms are rather spacious and newly renovated. Wifi is functioning well.
The toilet flush was not working, but it was quickly fixed. Shower drain was not draining all water, the toilet fan was noisy.

Exactly as the pictures show online, great location where everything is walkable.
The staff was great too, especially Marcos the property manager. He made sure to coordinate my arrival and even met me on the street when I arrived. As a first time solo traveler I could t have asked for a better first stay in Rome.

Review for DC Collection Spagna
I recently stayed at DC Collection Spagna for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—situated in the heart of the city, it’s just a 5-minute walk from Spanish Steps and 7-minute walk from the iconic Pantheon. The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is charming, filled with quaint streets, cafes, and shops that make exploring a delight.
From the very beginning, Marco ensured my stay was exceptional. His warm welcome and thoughtful pre-arrival arrangements made me feel valued as a guest. Marco’s attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set this stay apart.
The property itself is immaculate. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail of the room was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
For anyone looking for a central, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Rome, DC Collection Spagna is a perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

The location was fantastic, the room was lovely, no view, but that was fine, there were
restaurants everywhere very close by
The only thing we didn't realise is that we had to wait for someone to come from another location to buzz us in
as we weren't sure of our arrival time and thought we were in the wrong place when we arrived as were expecting a

The service was excellent. We were well received by the staff.
Considering the price we paid, we were disappointed to see that the shower didn't work properly. Firstly only the hand extension was working, not the waterfall shower on the ceiling. And the it also leaked. Considering the price we paid we expected better facilities.

The location was in the middle of everything you need. Walking distance to all tourists places. Marco was vey nice and helpful!
Very small rooms. The water was not flowing fast enough. The concierge is not available 24/7 but they are available on whatsapp.

The property is well located with a very good sized room. The staff member who greeted us was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The air conditioning was functioning and the room had what we needed for our stay.
The bathroom space could use a few updates/repairs. That said it was functional it just needs some fresh paint and sealing in the shower.
