People working there were very helpful
When we arrived there was no one there to let us in or show us to our room. I think that was mostly our fault because we never responded to what time we were coming. We had no experience with our accommodations not having full time staff.

LOcation is perfect, just a couple of metres of Via Corso and a couple of streets from main luxury shopping area, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, Trevi, Pantheon and more. The manager, Marco, was exceptional and available at all times and always made sure our stay was going well. Room was very comfortable, lighting perfect, very easy and safe access through main door, refreshments also provided on complimentary basis. A place I very highly recommend and to definitely return to.

Beautiful room, nice and quiet but close to shopping, public transport, taxis and major attractions. Mario and Cheryl provided wonderful service. I would highly recommend this stay.
Minor stuff - the pillows were hard heavy foam pillows, would bring your own if you are particular. Ask about laundry facilities, it wasn't offered but readily made available when we asked.

Very good location and the price was decent. Easy to get to the licayion vai cab or ride share.
Its not your typical type of hotel type property. Its more like an apt bldg w/ rooms they rent out so there are no amenities.

This property was very stylish and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They went the extra mile by providing drinks throughout our stay. Loved the location, would definitely recommend this property.
My only comment was the gap between the door and the wall in the bathroom, it was a little awkward at times.

Very nice room, refreshments, and snacks. Great location (although the area is very busy).
AC was a little finicky with the controller and colder than the set temperature.

Location is perfect in the middle of everything in centre Rome.. Marco has been in touch before I even arrived to Rome to make sure everything is fine and was available for our check in inspite of the long delay in arrival until midnight. Throughout our stay he was available 24 hrs on WhatsApp if he's not at the desk. The place is clean and furniture is lovely . Room size bigger than many hotels we stayed at in Rome before. House cleaning very helpful all day. Drinks in the mini bar are free. Will definitely return.
