This was a quiet and secure location. Easy to get to the train station and into Rome as well as other locations for great food. If you are looking for a place outside of Rome this is great. We had coffee and pastries every morning at a bar on the way to the train!! Awesome experience! Friendly and very helpful staff!
By train it takes roughly 40 minutes to get into the center of Rome by train. We did not have a car so we walked everyday to the train station. The hill going up to the resort is somewhat long but we made it work. Easiest access is by car. If you are walking this hill is doable but after a day of sightseeing it might not be as fun.

Just a friendly host.
My room 11 was old, dirty and had cracks in the wall. Bathroom was extremely rusted with mold in the shower. Floor was laminate not carpet and had an old door frame from a plastic accordion door. Bathroom fan was totally clogged with dust!! Empty minibar. Not even a water bottle! No facilities No bar or food available on the property. An old over priced vending machine is the only option for food. No gardens, only option to sit outside by the front entrance. 3 star hotel price for a motel room stay.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for one night after our long travel from the US. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was quaint.
The location of the hotel was a little tricky as it was about a 20 minute walk to the nearest restaurant but we made it work!

Resort la Rochetta has kind and attentive staff with excellent English. The balconey is spacious and offers great views of the neighborhood. The wifi is also excellent
The bathrooms appear quite old and ours had a foul odor and some signs of black mold in the very small shower.

the security, you needed to go through two electric gates.
very secure to leave your car at night.
I always get a hotel that has Wifi very important to be able to communicate with family, we were told that because our room was outside the building the Wifi didnt work. The AC didnt work their reason was that it wasnt yet the season for AC.
The carpet in the room with stains of bleach and other ones. The bathroom shower very old tiles with mold.

The room was fairly large, and had a little terrace. The team at the hotel were very welcoming and provided great instructions to access the property. Bed was comfortable and I slept really well. Its a very safe property behind 2 access gates so a fantastic choice.
Wifi was pretty poor, and other than a vending machine there is no option for food or Drink in the evening. Either walk into the village which is close by (15 minutes or so) for a choice of Burger, Italian, Sushi or Supermarket. Driving is also an option, but with the notoriously difficult parking situation that's not a great option as a tourist. As such Price value was not quite matching, but not too bad. Recommendation improve the Wifi and organise some food options.

Very good and kind service and staff. Quiet location, but easy to get to the train station. To get to Rome (San Pietro Station) it only costs 1 EUR and the train service is really good. Lot of restaurants in walking distance.
