Wonderful
David at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and flexible. Our room was ready when we arrived in Rome so we were able to check in early. The hotel is in a great location for seeing all of Rome in a short time. The room was quite spacious for Europe. The AC worked great! It was very hot in Rome. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
The only negative was there wasn’t any common space to hang out in.

The location of this property was perfect. (We did not have a car). We walked everywhere. But there are bus stations right outside the door if you needed. The staff is very nice and helpful. We needed some help to navigate our way around a transportation strike on our day of departure and David went out of his way to help us try to obtain “current” information to get to our next destination (David.. our train went on time!?).
We would stay here again.

Dave was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He assisted us in so many ways, helped us with destinations, taxi, info on museums, etc.

We enjoyed the breakfast in the room. As Americans, we had a bit of culture shock at how small the room was but it’s not a criticism, we just hadn’t traveled around Europe much. The toilet was humorously tall. When my female friend sat down, her feet did not touch the floor. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a centrally located hotel.
I was very surprised to find a lack of washcloths. Again, this must be a European thing because I asked for some but was told they didn’t know provide any.

All staff were very conscientious and were attentive to our schedules. Food inside our room was amazing! When we had to leave early, staff left food for us the day before. Location is central to many things and walkable.

Very centrally located with just short distances to many sites of interest. Quick and easy access to transportation facilities.
Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, making sure all needs were being addressed. Also the facilities were clean, well maintained, and modern with everything working as it should!
I’ll definitely be back next year!

Building, lobby sometimes had a weird smell. Otherwise, excellent property!! Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast (so not great to us). But nice.
