The host Luigi was actually very caring. He kept in touch right from before we arrived and was always there to give suggestions. The price was worth it considering it was season time.
A draw with a lock or a safe would be nice .

We enjoyed our stay at the Residenza Romana so much we didn't ever want to leave. The apartment is gorgerous and spacious with a great atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It's located in a beutiful building right by Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese, enveloped by the sprit of the Eternal City. One can see the love and care put into this apartment from all the thoughtful little details - from the coulour scheme, embroidered pillows to the choice of coffee and food. We had great communication with the owner Luigi who is very helpful and friendly and Nunzia - the girl who takes care of the apartment- is delightful - we were made feel very welcome and looked after. We were allowed to leave our luggage there after check-out until the evening which was very helpful. Residenza Romana is the most wonderful place to stay in Rome, we can't wait to come back again, we absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us :)

Luigi was super kind and helpful. Our flight got here late and he allowed us to check in late and still was there to answer every question we had. The place was also very well located and very comfortable!

This was a great location and fine place to stay during our one night in Rome. It was a short taxi ride to Roma Termini Train Station, which was what we needed. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and it felt like a lively and safe neighborhood.
There was nothing to dislike!
