We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Napoleone III, in the Roof Garden Suite. Everything was great from start to finish.
Beatrice was super nice with us and especially with the kids, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent and very attentive.
The suite is beautiful, very comfortable, and the terrace is just amazing. The views from the roof garden are absolutely outstanding and made our stay in Rome even more special.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Apartment is perfectly located in center of town in a historical building. It's extremely beautiful, we were amazed by the huge terrace, it dosn't feel like you want to leave the appartment once you are there. Everything arranged perfectly: all we needed, and beautifully decorated with paintings, flowers and candles. We enjoyed having breakfast in the room and on the terrace. Beatrice and the team was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We felt extremely well taken care of.

Exceptional in every way! From the location a few blocks away from the Spanish Steps to the rooftop garden and wonderful, helpful staff, especially Beatrice, who was available always to guide us as we explored this magnificent city.
A highlight was breakfast elegantly served on the linen covered table on the terrace overlooking the city.
Since we traveled to Rome during one of the most busy times ever ( conclave and coronation of the new pope and the religious jubilee),we really appreciated being able to retire to our haven above the noise and hustle bustle of this vibrant city.
Amazing shopping in the neighborhood at all the top designers.
Highly recommend this gorgeous property in a historic building!

Spectacular! Our stay was even better than we could have hoped - Firstly I must praise the host Beatrice, her warm and welcoming spirit brought a sense of comfort and home to this grand dramatic property, making you instantly feel right at home!
Breakfast brought to us in our room by our helpful butler was delicious and presented impeccably. Both of the suites speak for themselves and in my opinion look even better in person - especially the Napoleon Suite which is somehow even larger than it looks online!?
