Close to lots of attractions including the colosseum and the Victor Emanuel Monument. Small room but lovely sitting area with all the amenities.

The room was a good size and room was clean. Very quaint and room for luggage and to move freely in the space for three people. The location to town perfect and close to lots of nice restaurants and gelato. Staff gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and eat. The patio on top of the building had a 360 degrees view with music from a guitar playing across the street. You felt like you were in the heart of history and culture. So close to attractions and bus stops. Walking distance to train station. Breakfast at nearby restaurant was good. Lots of choices.
A little noisy in the evening in the alley way. Opening window a bit difficult but wouldn’t stay elsewhere because of this.

Wonderful
A lovely, family-owned hotel an easy walk from the Colosseum and Forum. Our bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Gian and Piero are excellent hosts; sharing their favorite locations in the city, giving clear instructions for accessing the hotel and room, and assisting us with a taxi.
We couldn’t figure out how to use the rain shower. Everything else was excellent.

The breakfast was very nice, good quality and nutritious. The store is not far from the hotel. The morning we need to catch the flight, the waiter served us first and fast, which was very considerate.
If the windows could have screen to prevent mosquitos. I got some bites. However, l told the receptionist lady, she put a electric set in the room next day, was better.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. They offered advice on sites to visit and directions. They were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Their rooftop had amazing views.
We had a little trouble with the overhead shower faucet in one room. I'm sure the staff would have helped us immediately but we worked around it.

It’s a beautiful stay and has such beautiful sights close by. It was wonderful!
The room stays very well insulated. With the late being said, it gets quite warm in the night with little so flow. A fan of some sort would be nice.

Ideally situated, well-maintained and with charming hosts, Residenza Maritti was a wonderful place to stay in the Monti neighborhood of Rome. Its roof terrace, a great place to watch sunsets & murmurations of starlings was a treat..

Location was perfect! Breakfast was at a restaurant a few steps away and it was so good! Relaxing space right in the center of Rome! Make sure you go to the terrace!

The location was the best. It was a short walk to most attractions. Food options were great with several small markets to get drinks, snack etc.
I’m mean a small nit pick was it had a shared kitchen where the coffee makers were. We are early birds and was worried we would wake others making our morning coffee. An in-room coffeemaker would be nice.

It was very interesting to enjoy a delicious breakfast offsite at a nearby restaurant; the rooftop deck was magnificent; easy entry after hours through a lockbox; spectacular location overlooking the ruins of the Roman Forum
The walk from the rail station was a little longer than expected, but very scenic and past wonderful city resources (groceries, gelato, wine)

Property was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing terrace with awesome views!! Staff were very helpful. Great location with short walk to public transportation. Very walkable location. Great breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.
