Wonderful
The rooms are great, clean and modern. The design is pleasant. The location is convenient and surprisingly quiet. Not too close to main attractions, but the distance is walkable and the neighborhood is nice. And the staff was amazing, Federica was extremely accommodating and helpful. Plus she gave us some restaurants recommendations that were delicious and affordable. 10/10
The only thing was the bed maybe, is not totally bad, but it could get a bit better. But still it is nice and we had a good sleep all nights.

Loved everything from the location to rome city amazing place amazing people. Loved this 1920s building with a 1920s lift. Federica is fantastic very welcoming couldn't do enough excellence host. The sites are amazing love this city.

The best staff in the world (TOP!). Kind ladies, helped us when we reporting stolen documents (on the metro) and with our every need - whether with an adjusted cleaning time or a recommendation of local restaurants. Once again I wanted to thank you for your support, for wedding wishes and for the nice stay :) we'll be back in this place for sure. +++ for access to coffee and water and luggage storage 10/10

Overall it felt very good. Federica's service is very responsible which always made me feel comfortable and safe! The hotel room was large and clean and was beyond expectations. :)
It would be nice to have some extra shampoo and body wash in the room, or disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. :)

I stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. The room I stayed was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was clean and spacious. Nothing was missing in the room. Everything was working (AC, hot water, hairdryer, etc.). The neighborhood where the hotel is located is a very safe environment and in that location, you can find supermarkets and other shops. Also, it is very close to the metro. It is very close to the Vatican, and it's within walking distance of the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Also, I would like to give special thanks to Federica. She is a super nice person. She helped us a lot in the hotel and also with the location. She is a very kind person! I will recommend this hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip to Rome. Thank you for everything!

Excellent location within short walking distance to the Metro and 10 min walk to Vatican city. Room cleaned daily. Water and coffee machine at the reception at no extra cost. Special thank you to residence manager Federica for all the help. 5 star plus service.Will be recommending your property to our friends.
Could provide Iron in the room. However, Federica kindly helped next day via the property maintenance manager.

The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable with lots of space for 2 people. It's only a 10-minute walk from Vatican City. Federica is very accommodating, waiting late for me to arrive because of delayed flights and very considerate of our needs.
