Location was very convenient - just steps from a bridge to cross to historic center of Rome but in Trastevere for the ambiance. Taxi station very close. We had standard room - spacious enough for couple. Good air conditioning. On a main street but we were not bothered by noise. Self- serve access to kitchen 24/7 was nice. Appreciated that there were cold drinks (including Prosecco) available for a very reasonable fee - honour system.
Greeted by Urzsula and her son David like we were family. Always accessible on whats app if needed and helped us coordinate a dinner reservation in advance. Would stay again.
All was really great and we had no issues. There is a very small elevator if needed- must climb 2 flights of stairs to get to rooms. Need to consider if stairs a barrier.

I am EXTENDING my stay…AGAIN! Beautiful, well maintained property surrounded by fabulous restaurants. The Italian breakfast is a nice start to your day whether working or being a tourist!

What an exceptional stay! For the price, we felt that this residence was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and it's in an amazing location to try food and explore. The owner and staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time. We also loved how central this location was -- everything we wanted to see in Rome was within a 40-minute walk or less. The biggest bonus was that the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and we stayed cool overnight despite the heat wave!
The only slight downside to this residence was that it was located on a busier street. However, it didn't bother us and the noise was minimal! The location otherwise was ideal.

Clean. Nice spacious room. Great location. Quiet. Good bed. Very helpful staff arranged for reliable 5:30 am transportation to airport for regular taxi rate (no commission). Self serve basic breakfast & snacks at any time : yogurt, juices, coffee, cereal, cakes, etc—not fancy but easy!

The location is just perfect with lots of dining options around the area, walkable tourist spots. The place is roomy, modest and very clean. Breakfast and snacks readily available. The owner Ursula was very welcoming, very nice and very helpful. She treated us like family. If we have to go back to Rome, she’s the no.1 reason why we wanted to stay in her place.

Ursula was a fantastic host. Very friendly, so accommodating of our early arrival, and responsive. Our room was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. Location was fantastic snd walking distance to restaurants and main sites we wanted to see. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient location. It is not a hotel so the signage is just a name by a buzzer on the door. Very close to taxi stand or tram.
Hosts were exceptionally helpful throughout the visit. Comfortable and clean.
If traveling with others there is not a common gathering spot to sit and converse such as a bigger lobby area. Minor but of note.
