Maurizio was very nice and very helpful during our stay. I would reach out to him with questions and he would promptly respond.
Distance from the historic city center but since we drove this was not a big deal. We would park at Laurentino metro station (paid 1.5 euro daily at the parking lot) and from there we would take the metro to the city center.

The room was spacious, comfortable big bed, access to the private little garden with furnitures, swimming pool was also quite nice to have a dip in after a long day of sightseeing. Dark, quiet area surrounded by trees. The bus stop is nearby, literally 2 minutes walk from the property.
There was no housekeeping during my 4-nights stand. I had to ask for a clean towel at some point. A microscopic soap was provided along with one small sachet of shampoo. There was no kettle to boil water (it took me a while to realise I could boil water in the microwave). The shower is tiny.

Mauricio is an excellent host and he made the stay very comfortable. He also knew the best ways to get around Rome and the best places to see. I would definitely come back here again.

It is located on the peaceful side of Rome, well connected to town centre and metro by bus 708, 078 or 700. Also grocery shops are very acsessible by bus - a 10min drive to any of them, on foot a bit less… kids enjoyed the pool and hospitality of the owners
Kitchen was a bit underequipped - like a mug or two, maybe a cooking stick or two would be good, but again if you wont cook giant family gathering dinners you will be just fine…

I checked in at midnight and all supermarkets were closed i didnt find a bottle of water. The facility must secure at least one bottle of water.

Even the area was beautiful, transportation was a bit problematic. There is a bus stop very close to property, but the buses are not that frequent and in a hot day it can be overwhelming

A real residence. Off the beaten track, yet close to Rome - you can easily use public transport. Great location, easy access. It is quiet in the Residence itself, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. What really captivated us was the privacy of this place and a great garden with a swimming pool where our children used to bathe. Due to the fact that the pool was 1.1 m deep, we could all use it. Nice owner, very helpful staff. We highly recommend :-)
