As soon as I entered the hotel I was greeted by the staff at the desk. Very friendly and informative to let me know how I could maneuver around the city. It was close to restaurants, attractions and easy to walk around. Loved it.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful, very nice.
The unfortunately flight made us lost all luggage, so we arrived the property nearly midnight. But the man who worked at the downstairs was very nice, helpful. He suggested us a lot about how to bug the new luggage and all dress in Rome.
Because we arrived very late that night and the gate was closed so maybe not easy to find at first time.

Upon check-in, let the hotel know there was mold in our bathroom and asked for another room. Also, the room was nothing like it is represented on bookings.com or on the hotel website.Hotel could
not accommodate because of other reservations arriving. Contacted bookings.com, which contacted hotel. On the second day as we were walking out for breakfast, about 8:00 am, I was called over to the desk. Said we would get a refund of remaining days but would have to be out by noon. Impractical solution as we had paid for events that morning. Greatly disliking the accommodations every day. My son and his wife had mold in their room too and found blood on one of their towels. We were stuck here for 6 nights! Bookings.com should remove this property due to egregious misrepresentation.

Short walk from Roma Termini (main train station). Quiet street. Hotel was nice and quiet. Coffee machine with two pods in the room (also a kettle if you want tea, etc)
Bathroom was extremely tiny and difficult to enter through the rubbish door. Blackout curtain was useless as it was too far away from the wall and didn't reach far enough to the sides also. There was no water in the room. Luggage storage if you are early or need to leave after checkout is just an open room with no security on the 3rd floor. Better than nothing, but you take a risk.

Great location that is central to Termini in Rome and generally a lovely hotel with amenities I would expect. The beds are comfy, the WiFi adequate for browsing / streaming / FaceTime, and the rooms were clean. Check in is easy and there’s an elevator so you don’t have to climb all the stairs with your luggage.
The bathroom is really not well organized and is hard to share if more than one person is staying (my sister and I were in a suite). The shower in the suite is one of those corner showers and because of where they put the sink, the doors to the shower swung into the shower and I could barely open / close them around myself when entering and exiting the shower. There is no counter space around the sink for toiletries which makes getting ready just that much more annoying. The toilet is pretty tight to the wall and the bidet and they put the extra toilet paper on a shelf that was slanted and it fell into the toilet while we were out for the day (ick). There’s an extra hallway to the suite, I highly recommend reworking the doors and walls in that area to make this a more comfortable space. Also the second room in the suite has no windows and very thin walls so I was kept up by the couple next door having a fun time until early hours.

Clean room with a comfortable bed, and built in unit with drawers and space for hanging clothes. The hotel has an elevator and is in a good location, within easy walking distance to the train station. However, the hotel offers no amenities on site (no restaurant, bar or laundry, for example).
