The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent. Nice size room and bathroom was exceptional. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

It is a small hotel, so really personal service. They upgraded us to a junior suite, which was great! Location in the center of things in the historical center of Rome. Taxi rank across the street!

We reached the hotel at 7 am. They arranged an early check in and upgraded us to a suite. The location is excellent. We walked to all the sites. The room was very well organised and had everything we needed.
We really can't find anything we disliked. The only thing is there is no one present at night if you need anything. However, Laura explained everything very well and was available on the phone.

Staff were very welcoming and gave us great advice on where to go locally and on transport and also make great coffee! Hotel was spotlessly clean and room had everything we needed. Within walking distance of many of the sites and good local restaurants. Taxi rank close by. Would love to return.

Location is superb and the the staff were incredibly helpful. Could not do enough in terms of providing maps , directions.... and morning coffee
The TV has no international channels so unable to watch the news in English. The shower could have been better.

We had an incredible stay at Relais Rione Ponte. Pino was a very kind host and gave us super tips on how to navigate Rome and where to eat. When it comes to location, this hotel is hard to beat! Right in the center of all the major attractions. We also loved walking straight into ruins just across the street from the hotel. The AC worked perfectly and was a huge treat coming home after a hot day exploring Rome. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet in the evening. We will always return to this Hotel when visiting Rome. Thank you to the team at Relais Rione Ponte.

Location is great as it is close to many of the main attractions but also in a quieter area away from the crowds. The room was clean and the staff were very lovely and welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed.

The location is close to everything. Staff is super friendly. Staff gave us champagne as compliments for our honey moon. Supper nice.
The lift was down on the day check out, we had to carry the luggage down from floor two as staff only work from 8-6 each day.

Art deco features, spacious accommodation. Chairs to relax if necessary. Provision of tea/coffee. Upgrade and bottle of Prosecco each for our birthdays.
