A beautiful guesthouse near attractions, but far enough away to enjoy quiet surroundings. I felt very safe here.
Francesco is an excellent host. Friendly and informative. The lady who cleaned the rooms did a fabulous job. Will retun.

Location was good - near enough to walk to restaurants etc by Trevi fountain but further enough out of the main streets to be quiet at night. Host was very helpful in recommending places and how to get about and organising us transfers from the airport Very clean and comfortable. Rain shower was lovely Had everything we needed Balcony was a treat
Was very pleased with it all - would definitely recommend it. It was up a bit of a hill so that might trouble some people but we were fine with it and happy with the location

room was clean and comfortable bed I was given a small prosecco on the last night as i aired my views on the room not as i expected .
no balcony that i expected no coffee milk old kettle - other places i stayed in less money had this and more luxurious towels etc

Very central location in Rome but at the same time a very quite area. Very few rooms gives a luxury feeling. Very good personal serice with advices regarding what to do and restaurants to visit.

Communication prior to the visit from the team was great and they were happy to give advice and were very helpful once we arrived but it is a set of guest rooms, not a hotel so they aren't always there but all in all a very well run, safe and convenient room
I know the locals in Italy prefer to drink coffee when out and about but it would be nice if there was a coffee machine in the room however there was tea and a kettle but no milk. It rained heavily for a day whilst we were there so maybe provide guests an umbrella as we had to buy one. The accommodation is lovely but not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are steps in the foyer and room itself

The room was perfectly cleaned every day. The hotel was peaceful, and the staff was friendly. The hotel manager helped us with directions, taxi, and suggestions for the best restaurants. All the communication happened through WhatsApp, which was easy for us.

Brilliant location and Francesco was so wonderful, let us into the room early when we had an early flight and then helped us again when we left later in the day! Had great recommendations for places to eat and visit as well, which improved our stay greatly. Would definitely recommend and would use this guesthouse if we were to return to Rome!

The room was lovely and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the sunshine! Its perfectly positioned to be within walking distance to lots of the main attractions. The host, Francesco was lovely and really helpful!

It was clean and tidy. Close to the train.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. This seems normal for Italian accommodation. However it wasnt restful after big day walking around.
