Modern, fully remodeled small hotel near Piazza Navona; right in front of Vatican City.
Rooms are comfortable and staff is great.

The staff were 5 star- especially the man who worked at night and was so warm helpful and welcoming after my 14 hour train trip which was supposed to be 5. They also changed my room when I asked.
The bed -
Especially in my first room on the first floor - was really awful. No way it’s a 4 star situation. Mattress is hard lumpy and worn out. And the whole thing creaks. It made me google how much mattresses cost in Italy. (Not much)

Perfect location right in the centre of Rome! Every hotspot was only a short walk away so we barely had to use public transport to get around. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff were very helpful and the whole stay was flawless. We booked a private transfer via the hotel to get to the airport and it was very reasonably priced.
This wasn't an issue for us but I can see it being a potential problem for someone who is less mobile - the shower is in the room itself in a bathtub but has two steps to get into. Need to be quite careful when exiting the shower to not slip.
