Its a beautiful property and location was fabulous
The key system at the hotel was a mess. Many guests had trouble with the exterior doors and were trying to get in or out of the hotel during our stay. We found using the digital key to be a pain.

Excellent location and breakfast service. Attentive multilingual staff. Clean room with high pressure shower. Close to a tram stop that's four stations away from the train depot for travel to other parts of Italy or to the airport.
My room was a bit dark with only one courtyard-facing window. But it did help keep the city sounds to a minimum. Only local Italian-language TV -- though there was a second remote control, so maybe I just didn't figure it out. Not that you should visit Rome to watch TV in a hotel room :)

The location was really good and the courtyard is a beautiful spot to have breakfast or just relax with a book and a drink. The staff were pretty helpful. Easy to get trams to access the main sites of Rome and surrounded by a huge number of restaurants and bars.
The hotel seems to have two halves. If you are staying in the main building the rooms seem nice with many opening to the courtyard. But in the other building it is less impressive. We were in the Mimosa room and there was very little natural light and was quite small- it definitely did not reflect the pictures on the booking.com site. It was not what we expected for the price, even though it was listed as an economy room. Also the door key is your phone which is slow if you are relying on WiFi. If you are staying here, book in the main building.

The location in Trastevere was lovely - ideal for the fantastic restaurants and bars that line the streets. The staff were lovely and the room was clean.
Nothing fancy. The hotel is all as described but we were unfortunately given the room right next to the main door/main road. Which wasnt pictured in the online photos. Most nights we were woken by noisy guests returning from the streets late at night and the pedestrian crossing and tram stop that is directly outside. Not the hotels fault but something that other guests should be aware of and not something that was clear on the listing. We were also woken by the staff at 7am slamming the doors and sweeping. Not particularly restful.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Security is comforting. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful! Loved the flowers and trees! Staff is very helpful in arranging early morning taxi service.
Shower floor is slippery especially when stepping in or out while also stepping up/down over the threshold. No hooks to hang towels. Towel rack above shower is hard to reach.
