Breakfast in our room was like room service that we would never do elsewhere. What a treat! Freshly baked goods that morning!
Entry into the property was a little tricky for us initially. There isn't an unlocked door opening onto the street after mid afternoon but once you've been through the process it was easy. This is typical with smaller properties.

We were basically given a suite and I was only expecting a room, which was a nice surprise.
Location was good, as we were only a short walk from The Colosseum and from bars, restaurants etc.
The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
When paying for extras, like drinks (and the tourist tax), they insisted on cash. Luckily, I had just enough on me.
I didn't really understand this, as they took initial payment for my stay on card.
However, this is only nit-picking and my overall experience was good.

Excellent localisation, access by walk to all attractions. Nearby many shops and good restaurants and cafes. The place is clean and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with everything you expect from a hotel. Can't advise on the breakfast since I didn't use this service. Positively surprised for such high quality and localisation for a very good price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend. I enjoyed it very much.
As a tall person (190cm) I found the shower a little bit uncomfortable (the celling in the shower is quite low - my head was touching the celling) but possibly it's because of the particularity of the building which is old. Didn't bother me too much, though.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, facility was clean but the shower was small, shower head was not user friendly and for that reason I would not stay there going forward.
The facility did not have staff overnight? What would happen in an emergency? Not happy with that

The property was very clean and easy to find. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect—very close to the Colosseum and the main train station, making it a hotspot for getting anywhere in the city. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. As a lovely welcoming gesture, the staff also treated us to some snacks and two glasses of champagne, which made our stay even more special.
Nothing—everything was great.

The staff were all amazing! So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We could walk everywhere. We saw the new year fireworks from the end of the street which was incredible!
The little touches of fruit, water and wine in the bedroom was such a kind touch.
This hotel was over €300 less than all the others in the area so I was nervous it would be a lower standard but I could not have been more wrong! We had all we needed and I was so happy to be able to spend the saved money on our excursions and food.
My son was ill so we had to stay in the hotel during 2 days which was absolutely fine as we had all we needed. It was comfortable and we could watch all the steaming channels.
There is so much to see and do in Rome we will definitely be back and will stay here again.
If we needed anything out of the reception hours we could contact the staff by what’s app and they replied immediately.
