The property unilaterally relocated us to an apartment instead of the hotel we originally booked, and it was located far from the area we had specifically chosen. The change was communicated only a few hours before our departure, leaving us with no practical alternative but to accept it. This lack of transparency and planning was already disappointing, but the situation became unacceptable when the apartment experienced power outages on two consecutive days. As a result, we could not reliably perform basic activities such as making coffee or even taking a proper shower. Overall, this severely disrupted our stay and fell well below the standard expected from a Booking.com reservation.

We loved that the staff was so nice, everything perfectly cleaned, perfect location for someone that hates being close to people but at the same time close to go everywhere, really nice, we had the best stay, thank you so much!

Location was great. We were able to walk to any attraction we wanted to visit.
I was able to hear everything transpiring in the hallways and the ancient elevator. Nice property but we would return to the room strongly smelling like cleaning supplies.

Sockets not properly fixed, hairdryer switching off after a couple minutes ( quite old) , bathroom bath set very small amount ( a couple sachet only ) instead wall fixed dispensers will be a much better option for guests , coffee machine have plastic cups for espresso ?

The room was very nice. Everything seemed clean. The access to the building was really easy. It is close to the Barberini Metro Station but not that close. Overall it was nice.
Check in was really difficult as no one was at the property at the time we arrived (We arrived during the check in time). We had to call the number of the hotel and ask to check in and they told us where to find the keys to the room. Then they asked us to wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive to check us in. The cleaning stuff came into the room the second day of our stay while we were getting dressed and asked us to check out even though we had one more night to stay. She was mistaken of course. The next day she unlocked the door while we were inside sleeping asking if we are ready to check out!(?) It wasn’t even past the checkout time but okay…

Clean, comfortable
They keep 100 euros as a guarantee before stay (that is not written anywhere in booking) but we took it back the night before check out. They don’t provide remote for the aircodition in winter. It is only in summer. Radiators are open certain hours of the day and sometimes it is a bit cold. Also the iron and other stuff was shared, you have to ask for them at the lobby.

Very bad in terms of sound and cleanliness. The towels and pillowcases were full of fleas. Our bodies felt very itchy. It was a bad experience. The staff’s treatment was very good, but the hotel is very bad.

Quiet street. Permanent armed guard at the building door. The price.

Great location in a quieter area about a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle.
For the price and value for money I could not complain about anything.

Location and cleaness.
Staff does not welcome guests. She was there to warn me of everything I was suppose to do while entering the bulding or going out. She even said that I will pay a fine if I did not comply. One thing is to be nice while explaining the rules the other is to make you feel as they were doing a favor.

This property is absolutely appalling. They cancelled on me the day before I was checking in, leaving me to find last minute accommodation. Furthermore, they had messed me around in refunding my money, I had to chase them, and in the end having to contact booking.com directly. Apparently it’s happened multiple times before, DO NOT rely on this property!
