Gianluca is an excellent host, even before we started our journey to Rome he was in contact and helped us decide how to get from the airport to the house. The entry instructions worked beautifully and the room was great. Simple, bright fresh colors, cleaned everyday. Breakfast on the roof is the best way to start the day. A good selection of breakfast foods. When we're back in Rome we will definitely stay with Gianluca again.
Remember- car drivers in Rome communicate with their car horns. Don't come to Rome expecting silence, it can be noisy. But Gianluca's rooms are on the 4th floor and any noise did not disturb our stay. But if you are noise conscious, plan accordingly.. you have been warned..

The property owner is the kindest, most welcoming man. He gave us wonderful suggestions for local shopping and dining, and the places and prices recommended were fantastic spots frequented by Rome residents, not very many tourists. He was so easy to work with and so accommodating, we had our initial booking canceled and he was able to help get us booked the same day at QuodLibet and the room ready so we could seamlessly continue our itinerary. The location is perfect, just a block down the street from Ottoviano Metro station and a few blocks to St. Peter's Square to the south and the Vatican Museum entrance to the west. The room was so clean, the floors actually shine. The shared kitchenette that is available is a great perk. And everything felt so secure with three locked doors between the street and our room door. We weren't able to make it to the rooftop breakfast any morning of our stay and I regret that, the owner provided fresh, made-to-order food and would have been a treat. I absolutely would stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends for their Rome trips.

Well managed and Gianluca was always available. All the staff were wonderful.
We liked everything. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Rather unhealthy cereal options and no sliced fruit such as pineapple, melon, summer fruits. Also seeds would be a good idea. Poached eggs not available.

Great apartment, located in walking distance to Vatican, 3 min walk to metro station and in walking distance to St.Angel. Best location. Big and very comfortable beds. We received very detailed and useful recommendations about sightseeing. Breakfast was very tasty and so greatly served on roof terrace. Highly recommend to stay!
There is technical issue while copy-paste address from Booking to Google map. Address was automatically changed to the wrong one. Better put address to google map manually or just double check if name of the street in Google map corresponds to the one in Booking.
