The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Daniela was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There isn't a lift so you have to carry your bag up two flights of stairs.

Clean and comfortable with enough room for 2 adults and a toddler. The shared courtyard was a nice bonus for our child to run around. Air-conditioning conditioning was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. EXCELLENTLY LOCATED. It was easy to walk to many of the main attractions and reasonably stroller friendly.
The seal on the bottom of the glass sliding door of the shower was old and therefore let water flood the bathroom floor

Location and staff
Not sure how often the towels are changed, but they weren’t changed at all during our 3 night stay. Shower and basin didn’t have a door to the bedroom space, but are tucked around the corner in the room we stayed in.
Toilet had a door to close, but no wash basin for hands. So I was wiping door handle regularly as you need to step into shower area to wash hands (obviously after opening the door).

Excellent location - 6 mins from trevi and approx 13 minute walk from colosseum. The lady who welcomed us at the desk was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name to thank her properly. She assisted us throughout the stay- gave us information about getting around Rome, ordered us a taxi and carried bags. She even was kind enough to lend us travel plugs for our chargers when we lost ours! Room was clean, great air conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

I liked the big patio connected to my room.
The room smelled strongly of cleaning products and the AC didn't work. I had to sleep with the patio door open.

The location of the accommodation was lovely, very easy to walk to all the sights. The room was an ok size with a comfortable bed, modern looking ensuite and a very small kitchen area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Each morning there were a few pastries and coffee left out for breakfast that was a really nice touch.
The drains in the ensuite really smelt when we arrived, although this seemed to improved each day after they were cleaned. One morning we woke up to no hot water, which was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon, and on our last morning we had no electric, so left for our morning flight in the dark and trying to pack by torch light! Unfortunately we could not reach anyone on the numbers provided to help.
