Portrait Roma was everything we expected from one of the Lungarno collection hotelsattentive staff, attention to detail, very comfortable rooms and overall excellent experience. Location was superb and we even got an unexpected upgrade. Loved everything about our stay!

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historical center. The hotel staff is very helpful and gentle. The roof of the hotel is spectacular with an amazing view.
The breakfast was average according to the standards of the hotel.

It is a beautiful hotel the service is exceptional everyone was so nice and accommodating. We were celebrating our anniversary and they put champagne, balloons and chocolates in our room. Location is also amazing

Small place but delivered all.
Extremely cool, the breakfast is wonderful because we can see old Roma and the attend ANDRS, a Colombian guy based in Roma, is the best person.
The room is bigger than others in the region. Decoracin is sophisticated and clean. Silence and very discreet special features for staying on romance.
