The location of this hotel was excellent. Close to metro, Spanish Steps was 5 min walk and Trevi Fountain 10 minutes. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk.
There was nothing we didnt like. The people who ran the hotel were extremely helpful organising a taxi for us to get to the airport at 5.30am.

Location cannot be better
Very small room. Unreasonable staff for arriving 10m past 8pm so they charged us a 25 euro fee. They were contacted at 7.55pm that we were on our way at Spagna metro station. Even so they were inflexible. Shame. Not recommendable. There are other options in the same street.

The rooms was very comfortable and clean and it was an adequate size but tough to open 2 suitcases. The staff was amazing! The location was perfect! Near the metro and close to great shopping.
Taxi didnt know where the hotel was so he dropped us with us with our luggage down the hill and we had to drag it up hill and then up a flight of stairs.

The location was perfect, close to the action but far enough out to be quiet. Bed was super comfortable and windows and window coverings meant we heard no outside noise. Clean and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff.
Not much, room was compact but comfortable. Shower was a little tight but fine.

The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable we stayed in suite 2. Shower was nice and roomy with good pressure. Staff were wonderful and helped us up the stairs with our luggage.
I booked a room on the ground floor thinking we would be able to avoid stairs. However there were about 10 to reach reception, however Roxanne came to our aid.

The building was literally steps away from the Spanish Steps. The room was compact, basic but clean.

This hotel is located near the Spanish Steps, The Pantheon, piazzas, restaurants, Piazza Spiagna Metro station, and the Trevi Fountain. Great hotel. You dont have to ask to include breakfast since right outside and next to the hotel you have cafes.
On the last night we were not provided with extra toilet paper. I was asked to write my credit card number just in case of any vandalism. I hope this hotel either destroys that info or takes cares very well of that private information.

Location was excellent, very near to the train station and Spanish steps. Major attractions were within walkable distance. The place felt safe and it was in the shopping belt.
The room was rather small and basic.
