Breakfast is in Cafe below, was good, but bit late at 09:30 if sightseeing. Best not to pre-order.
Location @100m from spanish steps and Spagna metro stop is very covienent

Location is perfect for the price point. I had an afterhours arrival, and the staff were extremely accommodating considering the time we arrived. Would stay there again

Perfect location from Metro to accommodation 3 stops back to Rome Termini for easy travel on to Rome Airport so easy to travel around. Accommodation near Spanish Steps. Roxana the host very pleasant and helpful.
Perfect site for exploring all that Rome has to offer.. Trevi Fountain, Coleseum, Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums were a wonder...make sure you book tickets before you go and take advantage of the audio option to understand the history...tapestries in Vatican Museum were astonishing.
Breakfast in a local cafe was wonderful staff were very helpful and food was gorgeous.
Rome is a lot more commercialised than Bologna and Padua and even Venice. Make sure you don't get stung with prices on main thoroughfair....simple things like gelato and Aperol much more expensive.4 x as much for a ice cream cone ..shocking!..go off into side streets for better value...
We travelled from Verona to Padua to Venice to Bologna to Rome...very organised and clean...loved it...Will be back

I liked that it was close to a lot of the attractions that we wanted to visit and that the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! It was a good price for 2 nights in Rome!
I didn't realize that this was a boutique hotel so it is more like an airbnb as there isn't any reception in the evenings or overnight. We were given a phone number to use for emergencies so we were ok but I just didn't realize it before arriving.
The room was extremely small but we were only there for 2 nights and the price was good.
