I absolutely loved this hotel ! The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful . The location could not be beat ( steps away from the Spanish Steps ). It was very clean and our room was quite spacious .
There was a lot of attention to detail and care that really came through.
That we only had one night there !

Amazing in every aspect
The facility is impeccable and exceeded my expectations.
The group running this place pays very close attention to details and made my stay one of my best , they made every effort to facilitate our comfort . From first moment to check out they were attentive and ready to be helpful and supportive . Suggestions of local food and transportation and help with luggage etc ..
Definitely a place that would be a regular for us .

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL stay! ?The customer service here is truly top notch - the staff went above and beyond in every possible way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible.
What really stood out to us was the attention to detail here - everything is thoughtfully done, from the overall design to the small touches throughout the hotel. The view from the lobby is absolutely stunning.
The space is spotless, minimalistic, very clean and incredibly stylish. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality boutique-style stay.

It was absolutely beautiful! The personal touches and thought that went into every detail is seen throughout. Pictures do not meet the true beauty put into each space. The customer service is something you’ll never forget, everyone goes above beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable experience in Rome. The recommendations far exceeded what we expected. It’s not just a place to lay your head down at, it’s a place you’ll dream about returning to and sharing with your family and friends!

We had a lovely two-day stay at this boutique hotel in Rome, perfectly located just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The location is central, elegant, and close to major attractions, shopping, and great restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing.
The hotel room was charming and beautifully maintained, with a boutique feel that makes it warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and modern.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to offer recommendations and assistance, which truly enhanced our stay. Not only were we greeted immediately upon arrival, but a tour of the premises was also provided as was a contact phone number to offering us insiders tips and recommendations to help us get the most of the city the way Romans do. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located stay in the heart of Rome. ??✨

Everything! The location, the view of Piazza di Spagna, the care of the owner and the staff. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced on my life. Franco, the owner, and his team made every effort possible and pulled all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. They managed to book for us every destination we wanted to go to, even though most were fully booked and the suggested even more amazing destinations and restaurants we never knew of, that were just amazing.
We felt being taken care of and pampered more than any other resort, hotel or any place we ever stayed in
