This is one of the best places to stay in when in Rome.

A little oasis of calm in such a busy city! The hotel is just gorgeous and they have thought of every detail. Franco was incredibly helpful with everything in the city and ensuring it was a wonderful stay. We'll definitely return!

We were totally pampered by the whole staff. Loved the whole vibe of the place.
Cant ask for anything more. Im glad to find this perfect place for our stay in Rome.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish and modern. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.
I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, their very warm welcoming and they were very helpful even when we asked for their recommendation for restaurants and places!

I just want to take a moment to appreciate Franco and Emanuele, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome at check-in, to the attentive service throughout our stay, they made us feel like royalty! (and what an amazing and delicious cake for my husband's birthday, you guys are simply the best!) Their attention to details and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. The restaurant recommendations (and reservations) were simply the best! Thank you for everything, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and we're looking forward to seeing you in October ;)

This boutique hotel is perfectly located on Piazza De Spagna in Rome, bursting with character and style. The staff are so friendly and helpful they make you feel at home. The hotel is stylish with great art (it's also an art gallery). Great places to eat nearby. This hotel made our trip to Rome perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally located near the Spanish Steps. Franco, the owner, met my parents at the hotel and greeted them with a glass of Prosecco. He took care of their brief stay with personalized service and attention to every detail. Franco arranged a tour in order for my parents to see the highlights of Rome. They had the most wonderful time. He then arranged dinner at a cozy trattoria close by. The attention to detail and personalized service were the highlights at this hotel!

The hotel is in a very central and convenient location near the Spanish steps . Yet our room is quiet and we can even hear the birds chirping in the morning .Tasteful modern furniture and paintings in the room and theres a lovely common living room that has a great view of the piazza. Most of all the thoughtfulness and attentiveness of both Franco ( the owner ) and Emanuele . They assisted us with transport from the airport and make reservations at well recommended restaurants by Franco .Thank you Franco and Emanuele, you make our vacation in Rome special and comfortable !!!

PiazzaDiSpagna9 is an outstanding place to stay when in Rome. The facilities are great, the location is just perfect. Franco is an extraordinary caring host who offered us an upgrade, shared his list of top sights and made reservations at his beloved restaurants for us. We had a wonderful experience and truly felt like home away from home. We don't even know how our trip to Rome could have been better. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent service, we had a very warm welcome. The appartement is very well situated, right next to Sapnish steps. The view from the room was amazing. Cleaning done every day, like in a hotel. 24H help available. We have been recommended great restaurants and place to visit. I would highly recommend for anyone who searches something different and unique experience in Rome.
