Absolutely stunning, amazing suites, tge best location in Rome, spotless clean, the staff are amazing, so friendly and are always on hand, tge reccomendations for restuaraunts and tours are amazing.

Before staying here, I saw the 9.9 rating online and thought it was too good to be true—but now I completely understand! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to recharge after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—central and convenient—so we could head back for a quick rest whenever we needed before continuing our adventures. Truly an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!

The staff was excellent! The best location and very Italian modern, but comfortable. The art gallery was small, but housed an interesting art exhibit. Great experience!
Would have loved a cappuccino and croissant in the morning without leaving the hotel.

Very lovely accommodation! This property is stylish, well appointed and very artistically composed. The location in the Piazza di Spagna square was remarkable as were the views of it from the windows. The staff is very warm and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. Emanuele, The Director, made certain every need was met, offered great restaurant recommendations and was available whenever we needed anything. Such a wonderful experience!!

Cannot say enough about our stay ?. The suite was fabulous - beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps! Our hosts were exceptional- we felt like family and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this gem ❤️
