We had a lovely two-day stay at this boutique hotel in Rome, perfectly located just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. The location is central, elegant, and close to major attractions, shopping, and great restaurants, yet still quiet and relaxing.
The hotel room was charming and beautifully maintained, with a boutique feel that makes it warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and modern.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to offer recommendations and assistance, which truly enhanced our stay. Not only were we greeted immediately upon arrival, but a tour of the premises was also provided as was a contact phone number to offering us insiders tips and recommendations to help us get the most of the city the way Romans do. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located stay in the heart of Rome. ??✨

Everything! The location, the view of Piazza di Spagna, the care of the owner and the staff. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced on my life. Franco, the owner, and his team made every effort possible and pulled all the stops to make our stay unforgettable. They managed to book for us every destination we wanted to go to, even though most were fully booked and the suggested even more amazing destinations and restaurants we never knew of, that were just amazing.
We felt being taken care of and pampered more than any other resort, hotel or any place we ever stayed in

Before staying here, I saw the 9.9 rating online and thought it was too good to be true—but now I completely understand! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to recharge after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—central and convenient—so we could head back for a quick rest whenever we needed before continuing our adventures. Truly an exceptional experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Very lovely accommodation! This property is stylish, well appointed and very artistically composed. The location in the Piazza di Spagna square was remarkable as were the views of it from the windows. The staff is very warm and welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. Emanuele, The Director, made certain every need was met, offered great restaurant recommendations and was available whenever we needed anything. Such a wonderful experience!!

Cannot say enough about our stay ?. The suite was fabulous - beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, right at the bottom of the Spanish Steps! Our hosts were exceptional- we felt like family and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this gem ❤️

The staff made our experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The communication was seamless and their hospitality really made us feel at home.

My suite(emerald) was super new and nicely decorated! Room was super spacious and common area also gave a nice sense of home. A great hangout area as well. Views were spectacular. And the location was superb. Staffs and everyone in the team was also super amazing, VIP service for booking and keeping everything in check. For me this place beats many 10 star hotels!
