We had an absolutely wonderful stay at PiazzaDiSpagna9. The staff are incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming — they are such lovely people and gave us so much thoughtful help. As two strangers arriving in a foreign country, their kindness really warmed our hearts throughout our trip.
They recommended fantastic local restaurants with delicious food. Our room was spotlessly clean, bright, comfortable and full of tasteful design. The bed was extremely cosy for a good night’s rest, and we really appreciated having Netflix and Prime available on the TV.
The location could not be better, right on the shopping street. It is very convenient for taxis, great dining, tasty breakfast, shopping, and short walks to Piazza di Spagna as well as the Trevi Fountain.
This has been such a fantastic experience. We will definitely recommend this property to everyone visiting Rome!

The team at Piazza Di Spagna 9 really cares about your experience as a guest at their property and in the city of Rome. They were so friendly and hospitable, always happy to help with any recommendations and questions that we had. Our room was in a great location. It was very clean, well maintained - and air conditioned! It made returning to our room after a full day of exploring so refreshing and relaxing. When we go back to Rome, this is where we will stay again.

The location was excellent and the interiors very stylish, but the service is what stood out the most. I haven’t had such excellent service at a hotel in years! Every staff member and the owner were all so kind, helpful and communicative. Their suggestions were fantastic and they anticipated every need. We absolutely will be back and I highly recommend this property for a great stay in Rome!

The location is perfect - central to many of the main attractions, right next to the Spanish Steps. The staff is incredible; they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The room itself was luxurious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable.

The location, the facilities and the team were 10/10!!! So incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. The rooms are quiet and beautiful. All of the details you expect in a 5 star hotel. It exceeded our expectations and we were so sad to leave.

Franco and the team was truly amazing! Their attention to detail, 24/7 service and genuine care for us as guests was truly a luxury experience. We definitely had an incredible stay at their lovely establishment.
The food that Alessandro prepared for us during our private dinner was something special. A culinary experience that i can’t ever miss when i come to Rome.
We do wish that we were staying longer, but this for sure wont be the last time we come to Rome and all i can say is that we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We appreciate the magnificent service and luxury accommodation.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts at Piazza di Spagna 9 made us feel completely at home. They were absolutely amazing — so warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I absolutely loved this hotel ! The staff was incredibly kind and very helpful . The location could not be beat ( steps away from the Spanish Steps ). It was very clean and our room was quite spacious .
There was a lot of attention to detail and care that really came through.

Amazing in every aspect
The facility is impeccable and exceeded my expectations.
The group running this place pays very close attention to details and made my stay one of my best , they made every effort to facilitate our comfort . From first moment to check out they were attentive and ready to be helpful and supportive . Suggestions of local food and transportation and help with luggage etc ..
Definitely a place that would be a regular for us .

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL stay! ?The customer service here is truly top notch - the staff went above and beyond in every possible way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect, making everything easily accessible.
What really stood out to us was the attention to detail here - everything is thoughtfully done, from the overall design to the small touches throughout the hotel. The view from the lobby is absolutely stunning.
The space is spotless, minimalistic, very clean and incredibly stylish. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, high-quality boutique-style stay.

It was absolutely beautiful! The personal touches and thought that went into every detail is seen throughout. Pictures do not meet the true beauty put into each space. The customer service is something you’ll never forget, everyone goes above beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable experience in Rome. The recommendations far exceeded what we expected.
