Pleasant
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average but restaurant staff was nice.
Bathroom was broken. Sink overflew with spillage of water, couldnt use it first day.
One of staff at reception was rude when told about blocked wash basin and to change the room. Booking.com had to intervene.

Far away from the metro station not the right directions and was I construction building in front hotel and right in front out room make a lot noice at 7 am on the second day decide left earlier for that reason and its not even said that went I do the reserved I want rest until 10 am and I cant by the noice

Clean rooms and comfortable bed
They lost the keys to the laugage room. Panic 20mins as I was on the way to the airport. Finally key was found, but I missed my shared taxi and have to pay for another taxi 50.

Really liked the beds very comfortable and the room was just spacious enough, some staffs were really helpful and professional,but others need some training , the location was great!
Getting coffee or tea was really difficult and would take time,if you go 1 hour before it closes,you don't get anything to eat, generally was just bad And messy,bread and butter of all things,you don't get!

Staff was very nice and friendly.
It was really far from city centre, which made it really difficult to explore the city, air conditioning wasnt working properly, electrical issues, (if turning the light on, turning the AC off, and other way around) breakfast was really bad quality and not much options to pick from.

The staff was very friendly
The room was very dirty (full of dust everywhere, hair on the pillows) location was really far from city centre and I ended up spending more money on taxi and time commuting. Air conditioning wasnt working properly. Breakfast was really bad, few options and bad quality.
