- Calssic hotel. And beutiful lobby
- I had an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant. Thank you cheff.
The room was very small and lacked several basic amenities that are standard at most hotels, especially those charging over $500 per night. Most notably, there were no tissues in the room or bathroom and no dental kit.
The hospitality was not bad, but it wasn't at the polished, attentive level I expect from a true luxury hotel. For the price paid, I expected a much more comfortable and complete experience.
Also, I was disappointed to find that the main restaurant was the only option for a simple morning coffee. For guests seeking a quick and casual beverage, having a secondary outlet open, such as a lobby coffee bar would be a significant improvement to the guest experience.

This is my favourite hotel. It is absolutely beautiful but what makes it is the concierge and reception staff who are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble and they are so pleasant and kind.

I have been to Rome a dozen times - usually in the busy historical center. This property, by the Villa Borghese, was cleaner, less crowded, yet a manageable walk. It was a bit of a hike to fine a bar for coffee. The one the hotel recommended was a bit far.

A beautiful tranquil hotel about 20 minutes walk into Rome. The hotel has a stunning outdoor pool and staff that cannot do enough to help you.
