The location is excellent, close to Termini, close to all the historical places just walking. The room is spacious and clean, quiet environment. Very nice staff, Moshe a great host.

Our stay at Paramount was great! The owner is really nice and responsive, the location really well connected (this suburb wasn't as dodgy as someone wrote in our experience, I guess you just need to be aware of your surroundings). Wifi was good too and the double glazing of the windows was good enough to let a light sleeper like me have a good rest.

Bright street lights shined directly in our room and the curtains didnt block it out so we had to wear eye masks at night. The street was also pretty loud occasionally but wasnt too bad.

Very close to Termini station, so the connection with the main attractions in Rome is very easy. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. It is not a typical hotel, it is an apparment transformed in a hostel, which is very common in Rome. It has about four rooms and two shared bathrooms, and even if it may sound bad at first, We didn't have to wait to use it and we didn't coincide with other guests. The room was spacious and confortable with nice air conditioning, but take into account that there is no toiletries provided by the property, just the towels, as the bathrooms are shared. Also there is no cleaning service in the room, only the bathrooms are cleaned every day. So if you are one of those who need towel change every day or you are very uncomfortable sharing a bathroom, then it may not be suitable for you. If you want cleanliness, good treatment and friendliness of the staff, comfort of the rooms and good location at a pretty good price compared to other places and you don't mind the other drawbacks, I definitely recommend this place. All the time they were in contact with us for the check in and check out processes. After check-out we leaved the luggage in the property until the evening, which was very convenient for us.

Great host. He was helpful in any situation. He took care about an issue with a very loud family upstairs, so they would not make noise anymore the second night. Also he offered to leave my luggage after check-out. The place is generally clean, bathroom is shared with other guests.
The area is not a nice place to walk around. Streets get quite shady at night (drug dealers, prostitutes) and you should be careful. The room was quite basic, a bit weird smell, and quite hard mattress.
