The staff was absolutely amazing, starting with Marco at Recption. They treated me like gold. They even held a large package for someone to pick up for me after I had checked out. JUST OUTSTANDING!

The stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional, I’ve never experienced such great service, they clean your room 2-3 times a day, they don’t bother you, Mr Daniele and Mr fabrizio from front desk are super super helpful and quick to answer any request you might have, the experience was nothing short of luxurious and exceptional, thank you for making it a memorable honeymoon

Most Staff was great !! Location far from everything had to taxi everywhere. Expensive hotel, pillows uncomfortable!
Room was big but not comfortable, pillows are horrible. Had to taxi everywhere very costly. Elevators tiny ! Most staffing good some were not. Valet expensive. Room never really chilled.

The only positive was that some reception staff were polite and tried to assist once we complained. The hotel is also close to Termini station, which may be convenient for transport.
Very poor and unsafe experience for a 5-star hotel. All three rooms initially given to us had non-functioning air-conditioning during extreme heat in Rome, and the hotel confirmed in writing that the whole wing had the same issue and could not be fixed for days. Two rooms also had broken/shattered shower tray or drain-cover areas with sharp exposed pieces, covered by rubber mats. My mother almost injured her foot when the mat moved.
The “free upgrade” to Junior Suites felt very misleading, because those upgraded rooms were defective, without working air-conditioning, and we were later moved to lower-category rooms. The location also felt unsafe and unpleasant, with people visibly using drugs, sleeping on benches and urinating in public immediately outside/near the hotel. This was not the standard expected from a Radisson Collection 5-star hotel.

Perfect location (next to Termini station), beautiful room and fantastic spa area. All employees are sweet and friendly. We also loved the rooftop bar.
I hate the hotels that ask you for a spa entrance fee (are facilities not the reason why you book a hotel?), but first time I felt like it was worth to pay - the spa was great.

The staff were amazing, they were all knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The morning reception staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marko resolved all of our queries regarding restaurant bookings and transport and was even kind enough to take us up to the rooftop bar on our final day so that we could have our picture taken. The stay was memorable and that was down to the staff.
I have no reservations about this property.
