Disappointing
It wasnt clean at all although they told me i had been upgraded to a suite, so if this is their. Suite then its disaster , only the room was very big but wasnt clean old furniture smell of the bathroom in the whole room ,was bad experience, staff were rude and not helpful , and quiet expensive for nothing

Conveniently located next to Termini station. Splendid old palace converted into a hotel. All the modern amenities you’d expect at a 5 Star hotel with the aesthetics of old Rome

The location is excellent, right near the central train station (Termini) and 30 minutes walk to the centre (Fontana di Trevi).
The room was large.
The building is historical and very beautiful.
The room had a weird closed area right in the middle, large and completely useless, with just a small sofa. We used it as a wardrobe, since the actual wardrobe was small and located in the bathroom area.
The TV was very small, above the mini fridge, on the side of the room, so we couldn't watch tv.
We had an issue with the shower (solved pretty quickly by the staff).
The breakfast was not bad, but not great either, very few options, really not what you'd expect from a luxury hotel.

I checked out and I was in the train station to travel to Florence, 5 minutes from the time I’ve left the hotel, a lady from the hotel reception called me and said you’ve forgotten your laptop bag. The guards were so nice Almahdi Lawrence, and another guard called the taxi for me, receptionists were so nice and friendly

The atmosphere in the hotel was truly beautiful and it felt like home. If you are traveling with pets, this is an amazing choice! Our dog felt like a star! ❤️

The staff provides excellent service, they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. This hotel is located on the spot where the Romans once had a huge bath complex. The spa is a very nice extra. Top shelf hotel for a reasonable price.
Convenience to the train station is a huge plus, we walked with our luggage to and from the station which is right across the street. However, on the negative, I did not like that at night there are some very sketchy people hanging around that area. This is often the case near train stations in Italy. We didn't have any problems, and I'd still recommend this hotel. Barely noticeable during the day.

Rooms are beautifully designed, modern yet timeless, with high ceilings, elegant décor, and a calming color palette that immediately puts you at ease. My room was spacious and meticulously clean, with thoughtful touches everywhere: high quality linens, comfortable bedding, an excellent espresso machine, and well-placed lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere both day and night.
I would only suggest improving the check- in efficiency during peak hours. If anything could be improved, it might be adding a few more personal touches in the room, such as fresh flowers.

The designefr of the renovation should be listed so we can seperate them from the owner/operator of the hotel as he inherited this dated design. The rooms have steam rooms fancy headboards with electric and usb ports that have since been broken. The people working there are all great.
The failed atempts to be modern by the designer in use of the the leather shapes etc. Hotels should always be function over form but here it was function that came second.
