This is a true 5 star hotel. Everything is great from the moment you walk in the door. Very clean and spacious, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast is a next level experience! The lady who handles the entrance and seating of the guests and the gentleman who is attends the tables deserve a special mention. They are very well organised and attentive to the guests. It was such a great start to the day that we rarely needed lunch as we went out exploring Rome in the day time!
The location near Termini is another massive bonus. We were straight off the train from the airport and in the hotel within 5-10minutes. The line for a taxi at Termini in peak time can be very long. Having your hotel right there saves all that, plus you have access to both lines on the metro for exploring Rome.
We stayed here twice this time around; at the beginning and end of our holiday around Italy. We will definitely be returning here when we next visit Rome!

The staff were amazing and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful grand building located in a very convenient area. Spacious room, well decorated, lovely facilities.
I felt it was missing a cosy space to relax such as a lounge bar room ...

I liked that we had all of the things you would expect from a luxury hotel.
I didn’t like that our room did not have one single regular place to sit. I’m in my 60’s and was not about to sit on the floor in a beanbag chair. No table or desk to sit at either.

The spa suite was very large, and builtin hammam is pleasant.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, overall a relaxed atmosphere.
Good breakfast.
The room could have been maintained better: it's a spa room so it's expected that there will be some water and steam, etc; but the inevitable wear and water damage was badly fixed: some loose parquet, a folding partition that doesn't lock in place, etc.
Nothing deal-breaking but not as pristine and efficient as you would expect from the Radisson brand.

The hotel is wonderful in all aspects: cleanliness, view, location, and the staff, especially Mr. Manuel and Mr. Michele , were wonderful in their service and meeting our needs. This will not be our last visit, and this place has become part of our memories and beautiful moments in Rome.

The location was convenient as it was very close to the Termini central train station and about a 20-min walking distance to Spanish steps. The staff esp Lucrezia, Manuel and the hotel manager Marco were very accommodating and pleasant. Nice design of the Senses restaurant and good selection of breakfast. Contemporary design of the rooms, too.
