Location of hotel was nice. Coffee maker in room. Very tasty breakfast (unfortunately not included in room prices).
Some issues with bedsheets due to stains and bathtub issues. Breakfast not included. Payment, during check-in advised that minibar included in amount which was over than reserved via booking and in case we'll use less than no extra payment or backpayment however during checkout payed extra.

The staff, breakfast, Spa and Location was fabulous.wouldnt change a thing the room was spacious, comfortable and modern. The spa was lovely and staff were very helpful, breakfast was enjoyable and staff were incredibly attentive. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and the concierge was beyond helpful.
No hot water the first night which was really a hassle so the wonderful suite that we booked was pretty uncomfortable in terms of the bathroom we couldnt use the bath and the shower was uncomfortable and cold !

the staffs are really kind and nice. Room: huge space and comfortable bed with a street view. very clean!!! location: just around 5 min walk to the Termini, very good location and there's a bus stop nearby, around 3min walk. Breakfast: the restaurant was very beautiful and staffs serves well. Breakfast was really nice!

The breakfast was the same during our stay. I would expect variability for a 5* hotel.
Our first room was very much used. The curtains were dirty the floor and the side of the bed was damaged.
