Staff kindness is unpayable .Room size and bed were perfect. Breakfast very nice. Location top. Overall, very well priced vs. similar central options. .
Only one item, I think it should be clearer that the SPA entrance is for payment (EUR50 pp which i think is steep)

A stunning hotel, off the beaten track, beautiful interior and exceptional staff. The swimming pool is a luxurious salt water and the spa, bar and gardens are such a treat.

Lovely hotel that feels more like a home than a hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good food and good coffee. Great location.
When you sit in the garden/pool there is street noice. It was not too disturbing for us, you are after all in the middle of the city. We sat out there a lot.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The room was just as described, made up and cleaned daily, and the garden and restaurant area are stunning. The staff were very friendly, particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast who made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant one night and it was absolutely delicious. Whilst the hotel isn’t in the main tourist areas, we knew this and were delighted by the local restaurants on offer and its proximity to the Metro station.
The hotel is surrounded by very busy roads, which does make enjoyment of the outside spaces difficult. We also had to clean our shower heads ourselves as they were so chalked up water wasn’t coming out all of the holes. We also opted to pay for the hotels own expensive transfer from the airport - however the driver was extremely fast and erratic, and dumped us out on the pavement outside the hotel and we had to go and find the concierge ourselves to bring our bags in. In the future I would book my own private transfer.
