Everything! Loved the interior decor, the lovely pool was a refreshing break from the steaming streets of rome. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious, comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Would definitely come back.

Location - walking distance to places of interest in Rome and also to the ATP tennis tournament.
Food choice was limited.
We had one afternoon/evening when there was a private party who took over the outside including the pool area which made life very awkward for hotel guests.

This is a lovely little hotel in the heart of Rome. You feel like you are in your own little world at Palazzo Dama. On hot days the pool is a blessing and the location is perfect to relax after a busy day in Rome.
The service in the Restaurant for the evening was not great and the attention to service provision at Donkey's Bar pool side was not up to standard. The food was wonderful but the time and attention to detail lacking. This is unusual for this hotel as when we have stayed before its been excellent.
