Noisy. There is a lot of traffic noise on the back side of the hotel. Unfortunately, this is where the pool and the outdoor restaurant are located. And, on Saturday night there was a very loud private party outside our room. It ended at 23:30, but for the price of the room, I dont think one should have to endure such noise. Our room also experienced some electrical issues. The power went out and then the air conditioning and espresso maker stopped working.

5 stats , but real 4 stars , nice building and place and good rooms space and localization
Maintenance , cleaning very bad on bathroom and terrace . Bed cushion was deformed like a mountain . old towels on bath . Dirty chairs on terrace . Breakfast was 3 stars hotel . Lack of cleaning and maintenance . Peruvian japan restaurant is joke as the room service menu . 4 stars maybe , never a 5 one .

Location, beautiful pool area
At first we had a room with a tiny window, really dark on the third floor, we had to wait until the next day to get a normal one. Then the elevator broke and wasnt working until the end of our stay.

Hotel was a good find. Within walking distance of major historic sights but quiet (very little traffic noise ) despite being so central. Lovely pool and bar/terrace areas for respite post sightseeing especially in good/hot weather. Staff were lovely. Very good food at breakfast and dinner. Rooms have option for a bath or shower and are well sized. Would stay there again.
Overall hotel delivered and was within expectations for me.

DO NOT STAY HERE THIS IS A SEX HOTEL MASQUERADING AS A FIVE STAR HOTEL
Hi I would like to lodge a formal complaint with you regarding our stay. It is disgraceful that you would permit guests in group relationships to stay at your hotel and openly discuss group sex, arrange orgies and engage in public displays of group affection in the pool area during the day. That is a public space for all guests to enjoy and it is clear we and other guests felt extremely uncomfortable as today by 1pm the pool area completely cleared out but for the 6 guests engaging in this behaviour. Such behaviour belongs in the privacy of ones room not out in public in front of other guests including children and minors. This is meant to be a five star hotel and to have to listen to others arrange orgies and discuss STD health checks openly and loudly is totally unacceptable. How can we progress this complaint please as we are deeply dissatisfied with our stay. Todays events completely ruined our stay and our holiday.
