Location, and the views from the upper floors were wonderful. Room 505 or 405 of even 305 are likely amazing as well as the rooms ending in 06, which are the larger suites. The library in the lobby was curated by a genius of hip taste. The terrazzo was the only quiet place in Rome to have a drink and the aperetivo spread was impressive. Hidden Gem!!
No direct access to the hotel door, stairs to get in, but they sent kind help for the luggage.

We stayed at an apartment. It was huge and very comfy. Everything is new and clean. The location is amazing. Close to everywhere; especially right next to Trastevere. The evenings at Trastevere are very lively. Very nice rooftop bars nearby too. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. Everything was good quality. We loved the place.

Extremely comfortable hotel, close to all attractions of Rome. Walking distance to an excellent cafe and restaurant area. Bed was very comfortable. The views from the room were amazing. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Organised transport to and from the hotel was on time and money well spent. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We loved this hotel from the moment we arrived. The hotel has a really artistic vibe and the staff were amazing. Our room was bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable with really lovely linen and pillows.
We really loved the location as it was outside of the crazy intense crowds but close enough to walk to most things. You can walk straight across the bridge to Trastevere or a 5-10minute walk to the Roman Forum. I was extremely happy with our hotel choice. We loved the breakfast as well!

I ordered a room with 2 beds, but in fact got one bed room and a sofa. Reception told me that this room type was not available at the hotel. But a room was charged a 2 bedroom. And wrote to property and booking com and the reply was more than strange. I was talks that I booked exactly what I got

Obviously the youthful modern design, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, the staff were really nice, breakfast was also nice. We really liked that it was a small boutique hotel.
The bathroom door magically locks when it wants to and on its own. They sent someone to open it and he said it's a recurring issue and to just not close the bathroom door all the way.

The service is slow, everything is chargeable even if you have complimentary services availed. They don't notify you of the charges beforehand.

The breakfast, the lunch. the dinner. practically everything about the restaurant, food, staff - excellent!
The internet worked very well.
The location is very good.
A wrong description of the room resulted in us not having the beds we expected, we couldn't arrange our family in the rooms as we expected, When we showed the wrong information, it took two phonecalls to booking,com to solve it by adding one of the missing single beds, which was a compromise we were ok with.
The staff were polite, but provided too many excuses and arrived at solutions quite late.
We were also polite, the discussions were on a friendly tone, but we had to push too much to get a solution.
The hotel staff promised to talk to booking.com to remove the "error" in the room description.

Staff were friendly, especially breakfast, Liza was exceptional service.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Good location and generally 20 min walk to lively places.
Enjoyed our stay thoroughly
The TV did not work in both our rooms for all our stay. There was sense urgency to repair the same, leave alone to compensate us partly. As marriott chain, very very suprised.
