The most impressive feature of the hotel is the beautiful rooftop deck with a stunning view of Rome! Breakfast up there was wonderful! All the staff are excellent!

My wife and I stayed Otivm Hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we walked in the staff were very helpful, especially Luca. The location of the hotel is brilliant you could walk to all the main attractions in the city. The hotel has an amazing rooftop where you have breakfast in the morning or a cocktail in the evening while the sun goes down over the city.The breakfast was lovely with a big selection to suit all tastes. I would definitely stay at Otivm again
Maybe it is just an Italian thing but we did have to ask for the tea and coffee in the room to be stocked up a few times.

The room was spacious, very clean and very stylish. Also super quiet. You certainly got what you paid for - it's not a cheap hotel. The prices is easily comparable to a 5*hotel room.

The size of the room is good. I have been coming to Rome for the nth time and the room we have has a good size. The hot and cold shower is very good. Doesnt take time to heat the water.
Unpleasant receptionist. We find her rude. Not the italian hospitality to be expected. No place to hang coats. The room only has one wardrobe where both clean clothes and dirty clothes meet.

Location was good and walking distance to many tourist spots. Easy for taxi to drop off. Very friendly and helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities at the hotel for breakfast. They had used the roof top terrace which had great views but very noisy to take all the food & drink up the only small elevator. All the rooms were so close to elevator that there was a lot of noise until about 11pm and started again at 5.30am

Excellent location, the room is spacious and big. Breakfast definitely meets the requirements and the bonus is breakfast on the roof with a lovely view. The attitude of the staff is excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel again
