The location is fantastic. Across the street from the Gesu church. Rooftop bar is very relaxing and lovely view of Victor Emmanuel monument. Room was spacious and very modern and nicely appointed. Front desk staff especially nice.

Fabulous stay at Otivum. The room was the perfect size for 2 people. Plenty of closet space, a large bathroom and a kettle for morning coffee. Breakfast on the roof was spectacular. Amazing view and a wonderful variety of food. The hotel is near everything. Perfect location to walk to Basilica Santa Maria in Aracoeli, Vittorio Emanuele monument, Colosseum, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. Cafes, restaurants, gelato and a supermarket are just around the corner. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person, without exception, was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect!

Lovely hotel! Staff is always happy to help with things to do and restaurant bookings. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh, coffee is good. Just a wonderful stay in a very busy city

Location was great, walking distance from some major attractions, well connected transportation wise to other sights, clean and tidy, room was perfect with a balcony with an amazing view, staff was really helpful and in sincerely good mood.

The location was central and close to the main monuments of the city.
The staff was nice and friendly.
The rooftop was great, we had breakfast there, such a nice beginning of the day!
Unfortunately, I had really high expectations that were not completely fulfilled.
The room was basic and due to its central location was also noisy.

Larger than the typical European hotel room. Friendly, helpful staff that eagerly offered suggestions for a tourist in town. Clean rooms. Great water pressure. Option for King Bed and they were firm. Location is central as it's only 15 min walk in almost any direction to hit a major tourist attraction. Also, the rooftop is a lovely addition considering you don't get that often with other hotels. The breakfast was great and helped fuel a long touristy day.
The hotel is about a 30 min walk from the Roma Termini station so not the best walk when you're carrying bags and got off a long flight, so would suggest people to use a taxi.

Wonderful place to stay . Really great experience thanks to the staff - Jiani at the rooftop takes makes sure we love every bite. The manager and the front desk personnel add the flavor of beautiful Roma . this was our 5th stay, looking forward for next time
