Good
The staff were lovely, and the mattress and the pillow were very comfortable.
It is very tired and things like the grouting in the bathroom was black with mould and very dated. There weren't many sun loungers etc by the pool and most of them were loose so the sun shades wouldn't stand up. There wasn't any drinking facilities in the rooms, this would make a huge difference. And there wasn't any fruit available at breakfast, which would be normal to have with yoghurt etc. A few small changes would massively improve clients stay.

Good value. A bit far from downtown Rome but therefore closer to airport and less traffic. Breakfast was very good and room was clean and appropriate for price. Shuttle good price and prompt. Pool looked inviting but didn't have time to use. A Restaurant 2 minute walk from hotel.

Disappointing
There is nothing really to like about the property.
It’s in a very poor and unsafe location. There is no restaurant around which someone could recommend to go. The breakfast was empty when we came at 9am and was never really replenished. Croissants were stone hard and everything else so bad that we rather skipped the breakfast at all. The AC is centralized at 25 C which makes it super hot inside the room. Staff can‘t change it apparently and it’s very unpleasant. Shower is super small and the shower head not really working and in poor quality. Hotel needs massive renovation also. Staff was helpful but can’t do anything about the poor condition of the hotel.

Very Good
Staff is great. Bed was comfy and Rooman are clean. Location is pretty far from the center, but bus stop is literally in front of the hotel and car rental is easy choice too. I enjoy the calmness and silence here. Taxi was great and got that pretty fast from the hotel's on shuttle channel.

loved the outside areas, the pool and grounds very well kept. Also liked the balcony we had overlooking the front of the building. It was very big and a nice place to sit and rest after a busy day sight seeing around Roma. The staff made a very good Spritzer!

I like the room, comfortable enough to sleep. The room was spacious for one. Didn't to get explore much but my stay was good.
Did not like that I did not have an actual total to shower. Was given only 2 hand towels. The shower heads needs to be cleaned. Shower water pressure for hot water was weak. Towel paper, that was the disappointment. Did not have a second one. If there was a detachable shower head i would feel cleaned. My main grade is mainly bathroom commodity for any booking. Very hard to book Uber out there. Call the reception for a taxi.
