Wonderful
Super cozy, exceptionally clean the toiletries and adherence with the description was exceptional.
For my student budget, given how old the facility is, it was 10-20% too expensive. Nevertheless, it’s still the absolute best value for money in that particular location

The room was very spacious and everything was clean. We enjoyed a company of cats on the patio/in the garden.
This was a very cute surprise. Loved the pool area, almost nobody there at the time of our stay, so we had a whole swimming pool to ourselves. Public transport to the city centre very conveniently the bus stop is just outside the hotel.
Although we enjoyed the pool and garden area there were mosquitos all over the place, and some ant colonies, so you better be careful where you leave your towel. The restaurant quite expensive and not too many options to pick from, kids' menu technically not existent. Breakfast however was nice.

Disappointing
Late check in allowed. Spacious and clean room.
The AC unit was very old and very noisy. It made noises like an alarm throughout the night and woke us up several times. There was also a guest outside our room, on the patio who spoke on the phone for hours, until after midnight. My husband asked him twice to keep his voice down.. There was no staff at that late hour at reception to whom we could complain about the problem. We slept poorly and I had an exam the next day, so this didn’t feel like value for money.

the fact it had a pool was a decision maker for us as we were travelling with small children who would be In need of pool respite in between sight seeing
the staff were kind but prohibited to help kore due to management
the pictures are v different to how it actually looks
there were two big parties at hotel for the two nights we stayed - v noisy and we weren’t allowed to use the pool one day for this reason
we weren’t allowed to use pool past check out on last day - we begged and were allowed an extra hour but it defeated point of choosing that hotel for the pool
breakfast was very very poor - dry bread, cheap ham and cheese and some boiled eggs abs packet biscuits. we won’t be returning!

on the pictures it looks good in reality it’s not
staff doesn’t speak proper English
doesn’t understand how booking works
doesn’t know how to clean pool
has still covid restrictions
breakfast can cause diabetes no salty stuff except some old eggs and cheap plastic cheese
