Actually the apartment has 2 rooms one next to another. We got the room with white wardrobe. Our experience was exceptional. The room is sparcly clean, the bed is the best I ever had in my trips, super comfy. The nights were silent, in spite of presence of restaurants beneath. The bathroom is spacy, well equipped, with plenty of toiletries. Fabiola is so great, she predicted everything you can need. The great thing is spare set of keys, you can grab after check out, so you can leave your baggage and then no need for help, you just have a keys from the outer doors. For sure our next trip to Rome will come back to Fabiola!
The stairs are pretty challenging, so if you have some problems to climb stairs, think about it.

We had a great stay! The host was absolutely fabulous- super helpful and welcoming. Also great communication throughout the entire booking process. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped with all the amenities you would need. It is in a perfect location- just a short walk to all the major attractions in Rome with countless amazing restaurants right around the area. Highly recommend.

It’s closed to all the places we visited: Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Restaurants,cafe and grocery stores, etc. with 15-min taxi ride from Roma Termini. I loved the location and felt very safe to walk back to our stay. It’s also nice to use the kitchenette for a simple breakfast or a simple meal if you don’t want to eat out every single day.
The ceiling can used some work with paint coming off.

Location was amazing! Close to many major sites and yet quite. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Very comfortable bed, apartment was very clean and spacious. Snacks and waters were appreciated. Easy to reach host who was always friendly and helpful. Would come back here on my next visit to Rome.

Great location! Fabiola is very helpful, the flat was in perfect condition. You reached to the main sites in Rome in 10 min ( Trevi, Pantheon, Plaza Navona ) and even the Coliseum and Vatican are 25 min walk.

Location is fantastic , really close to all the action while seeming off the beaten track! Fabiola and her family were so accommodating, we were delayed coming in and it was no issue. We were in contact via WhatsApp and it was like staying with a relative almost. There was snacks and water in the apartment for us and overall we had an excellent time is a fabulous city! Will hopefully stay with Fabiola again in the coming years!

Fabiola was really helpful and very friendly, a great host.
The property location was fantastic. Very well positioned for seeing the sights.
The position of the shower was a little odd, being outside of the bathroom. As friends staying here, It meant the one not showering couldn’t use the bathroom whilst the other was showering - but if you were a couple sharing it probably wouldn’t be a problem. The shower itself was excellent though - so no complaints there ?

Beautiful apartment, as shown in the pictures, situated in the heart of Rome, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions just by walk.
Fabiola welcomed us at the property and showed us around, explaining every detail we needed to know for our stay.
I'll definitely book again, 10/10.

Fabiola was a great host. She welcomed us at check in on time. The apartment was kept in excellent condition. Great location well situated close to city centre but quiet enough at most times. We requested a cot for our 15 months old. It was nicely prepared and our toddler slept very well.
Check out was slightly unclear. We just left the keys by the door.

Great spacious and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with what one needs. Typical to central Rome, located in an old building but with modern fit out - lots of cupboard space, large bathroom, etc. We stayed four nights at the end of a 7 week holiday, and was in a great location between the Piazza Novona and the Pantheon that made it easy to explore this part of Rome on foot. Highly recommended. Very helpful and attentive host. Lots of places to eat close by as is a supermarket.

Had a 3 day stay at the Orso apartment and it was brilliant. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good and there was also a small kitchen if you wanted. The property felt secure and was located in a great area. The Spanish steps and pantheon were very close but every other attraction was walking distance from the apartment for us. The host was so kind and thought of lots of extra details such as snacks and water for the room. Could not recommend it enough
