Location is great right next to main bus lines and steps away from many of the historic sights downtown.
The building controls the AC. I would have preferred to control the mini splits myself as it was too hot in my room for sleeping. Also they fact that they charge 5 euro for bags storage seeings like nickel and diming

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is exceptionally clean, beautiful, modern, and feels completely new. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and you can really tell that attention was given to every little detail. Nothing is missing — they have truly thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and effortless. The location is perfect as well, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
The only downside was the check-in/check-out schedule: check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 10 AM. A slightly later check-out would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

The location was excellent! Right in the middle of everything with easy access by foot.
Our room was in the second floor and although we could not hear the street noise, the comings and goings of people from the other rooms was tremendously loud!

No internet during my entire stay, no TV, poor AC temperature, ants inside the apartment, no cleaning service available, mini showers, just 3 towels for a 2 bedroom, the kitchen pans dirty. For the price I think it could be way better.

Location is amazing, staff was very friendly, terrace was great, curtains kept the room dark, excellent hair dryer and well equipped kitchen.
Couldn't control your own air conditioning. Hot water seemed to run out in heavy shower times.

Location was great, large room that provided what you needed. For a family traveling and going to cook or have an extended stay the hotel room had space, pots and pans, refrigerator etc. Aurora at the front desk was very nice, did a wonderful job explaining what was available to us.
Hot water ran out which is unacceptable. There was some restrictions on using the heat due to what the host said was a city requirement. I come to Rome almost every year and as a matter of fact I was in Rome earlier in the week. I could raise and lower my room temperature as I desired so don’t think that is the case. Last I wish the desk was staffed earlier than 8:00. We needed a cab and it would have been convenient to have assistance from the front desk. A number was provided but not what I would have liked.

Location of the apartment is great, if you are in Rome for the first time you can see all the major sites. The apartment was also nice and clean.

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, apartment was super comfortable for a family with kids. We had everything we needed to conveniently explore Rome. Rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the location and hectic streets around.
The facilities and decor are very basic, don't expect anything fancy!
