Location of the apartment is great, if you are in Rome for the first time you can see all the major sites. The apartment was also nice and clean.

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, apartment was super comfortable for a family with kids. We had everything we needed to conveniently explore Rome. Rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the location and hectic streets around.
The facilities and decor are very basic, don't expect anything fancy!

Wonderful
1) The location is excellent—right near the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is modern, spacious, and recently renovated.
2) The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the front desk operates conveniently from 8 AM to 9 PM.
3) You can leave your luggage before check-in or after checkout, as long as the front desk is open.
4) The staff follow up before arrival and maintain great communication throughout the stay.
5) The room is fully equipped with high-quality Italian-brand amenities.
6) There is an elevator—though compact, it serves its purpose well.
7) You receive two physical keys: one for the building entrance and one for the apartment.
8) The hotel is close to a supermarket and also near a bus/taxi pickup point, which is very convenient.
9) The building itself is old giving a heritage feel. Due to its age, certain features like the elevator and centralized AC system cannot be upgraded due to city regulations.
10) You have the choice to ask for cleaning the room for a fee.
For awareness, though it didn’t affect my overall rating:
1) The bedroom air conditioners are connected to a central system, so the temperature can’t be adjusted individually (unlike the living room AC, which can be controlled manually).
2) Due to the central location, you can hear some noise from the busy streets and nearby activity, which is expected given how close it is to the busy tourist area.
3) The water heater is relatively small, so if more than one person plans to shower consecutively, some timing and spacing are needed to maintain hot water.
4) The bathroom handles were slightly loose and could detach from the main axis, but the staff were already aware of this and confirmed it would be fixed soon.

Great location! Staff was helpful with welcome and review of property. They offered helpful suggestions for local things like restaurants, grocery, etc. We were able to arrange pick up from the train station and a ride to the airport for a reasonable price. Willing to help with any questions or requests. Very pleased with our stay!

The apartment in ideal location, close almost to everything we wanted to see … clean and easy to access. Also the employees are very friendly, responsive and helpful … they helped us a lot with recommendations also with storing our luggage’s as our flight wast at evening.

Location
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel in Rome.
• The air conditioning was very weak, making it difficult to sleep in the summer heat.
• The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unstable, almost unusable.
• The hotel is located on the 5th floor with no convenient access, which made it extremely difficult to reach the room with luggage – a long and uncomfortable walk to the entrance.
• On top of that, due to a last-minute flight cancellation by the airline, I contacted the hotel to kindly waive the charges or reschedule the stay, but they refused any flexibility and charged the full amount even though I never checked in.
This was not a fair or welcoming experience, and I would not recommend this property to others.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, this is the first time in my life that I have felt disdain, humiliation, disgust, and disrespect from hotel service.
It all started with receiving the room in a building that was under renovation, peeling walls, cracks, the smell of paint, temporary lamps (and dangerous in my opinion, I attach a picture) and then receiving a room with the minimum possible, a squeaky shower that I had difficulty moving in, a folding double bed that was unbalanced. In addition, at the reception they informed us that there was not enough hot water for more than a 3-minute shower (delusional)
We complained, but they claimed it was the hotel we booked and that we would accept it or leave.
A couple of our friends also complained, among other things, about the fact that there was a storage room in their room with a half-open door, which caused their young children complete terror. They were angrily told at the reception that they were being evicted from the hotel for complaining, it must be noted that they have 3 children and one small baby. After the hotel realized that they could not be evicted because the reservation was for another room for another family, they decided to allow the stay.
I felt tingling in my legs at night, and only after a day did I see that I had wounds in the area, probably from a certain type of insect. I'm attaching pictures here as well.
The hotel location is good, but I would not recommend this hotel even for haters
