We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Andrea was an amazing host — super friendly, welcoming, and always making sure we had everything we needed during our trip.
The accommodation itself was perfect: excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and with a really nice breakfast every morning. We also loved that the minibar was included in the price, which was a great touch.
Andrea was always available for any additional information or help, and he even recommended several authentic local restaurants that tourists usually don’t discover. Those recommendations made our experience in Rome even better.
Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
P.S. He also surprised us on our departure day with a small farewell snack package, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture.

Andrea was so kind and thoughtful. He put oat milk in our room when my husband mentioned I don’t drink dairy. He had our room ready early which was so great after traveling all night. I loved how quiet the room was and we didn’t hear any noise from the street or the other people staying there.
The bed was on the firm side for me, however that is totally a personal opinion and nothing that was negative on Andrea’s part.

Wow! Our host Andrea was exceptionally generous, with his time and information of where to go in the area. The property was very clean and great for our 3 night stay. I liked how close we were to the Termini, made it very easy to enter and exit the city.
Andrea gave us a snack box upon leaving for our train ride that was totally unexpected and sincerely appreciated!

The owner is so nice & you really feel like his guests. Beat lighting in ANY hotel room we have ever stayed. So convenient across the street from the metro bus and train station. Couldn’t believe it was so quiet there even in the city.

The proximity to Roma Terminus was an important option for us while connecting from other destinations and then having easy access to the airport train. This apartment was a five minute walk away and provided a warm and welcoming space. Andrea was an exceptional host, meeting us at our arrival to give us instructions and insights to local favourites for enjoying a meal or other delicious treats. The fridge had been stocked with wonderful snacks and even a small bottle of bubbly! The bed was very comfortable, the apartment clean and the breakfast provided was great. We would definitely choose this apartment again, should we need such convenience.

An incredibly cozy hotel with excellent transport links to all the sights. The polite and attentive owner who greeted us explained everything in detail about the rules of stay, the delicious places to eat in Rome, and the hotel's amenities. We had a rate with breakfast included, and the separate kitchen had everything we needed to stay full in the morning and explore the beauty of Rome. We were delighted!!! We were lucky to have stumbled upon such a place when choosing a place, and thank you for your hospitality.
And if you find this review too positive and unrealistic, please keep in mind that I am not a native speaker of the language in which the review is written, and we really did live in comfort.
They also gave us a box with breakfast for the road, so nice!
The photos don't make it look as cozy as it actually is. I wouldn't say that's a negative, but just keep that in mind when booking.

And to a degree rarely seen in other hotels we stayed in Rome. The Location to the train station was a short walk - excellent. Very clean room and kitchen area; everything very nice. The fridge was stocked up (all complimentary- wine, water, juice, cheese, meats and more!). And thanks for turning us on to Perugina (Italian chocolates- the best!). The breakfast was superb- the loveliest coffee and so many choices - deelish! And a great assortment of food. Too much to name but all delicious and plentiful.
