The place is absolutely well kept, spotless, comfortable, close to many amenities and restaurants. Andrew went above and beyond to make my daughter and I welcomed and looked after.

Andrea is an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and escorted us to our room. Andrea sent us restaurant information via WhatsApp and provided tips and useful information regarding our stay. The room is well appointed, with coffee and tea available in room in addition to a stocked refrigerator (including sandwiches, yogurt, snacks, water and welcome champagne splits!) The breakfast pizza and pastries were absolutely delectable! (There was also a variety of cereals, juices, toast, fruit and hard boiled eggs.) The location is ideal as its literally across the street from Termini Train Station- just be careful if using Google maps as it may provide a roundabout way of arriving. Its clear that Andrea takes pride in Optimus and wishes the best stay for his guests.

The owners were nice, welcoming, amd helpful when it came to tours and things to do. The breakfast was delicious. The location is quiet, right on the marina.

The breakfast was GREAT. A lots to choose from. Croissants, Pizzas, Yogurt, Cereal, Eggs, Fruits, Juice, Milk and Coffee. The location is unbeatable as its across the Train Station.

It was clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed as well. Very clean bathroom. Air conditioning functioned very well. Refrigerator was stock daily. Our every need was identified by the proprietor. Great location ...near the main rail station and Romes main transportation hub And yet our room was an oasis of quiet and peace. Exceptional place!! Would highly recommend. Would return.

I am much impressed the hospitality of Mr. Andrey in his hotel, the breakfast was good, coffee, tea water available all the time during my stay, he gave my a travel bag for my next journey to Venice city, i really thankfull to him. He gave us beautiful gifts upon arrival to Hotel. i will recommend all guest to stay in his hotel only....
i like everything...everything was perfect, the room, the location, the environment, the behavior, the breakfast, i really love it and if i plan for Rome (Italy) in future i will prefer to stay in his hotel only....

This is the most remarkable place I ever stayed. Like we were visiting a friend! Andrea gave everything I could imagine: clean, comfortable and curiously designed room, delicious breakfast, lots of snacks and even gifts to bring home! He also shared stores, cafes and many other places to go. 10/10

Everything! The location was perfect, the room was really good, the food and coffee provisions were exceptional. Andrea also gave us a lot of recommendations for local eats, which were delicious for the ones we got to try. Andrea was a wonderful host and made our stay all that much better.

Excellent value for money. Spacious room and bathroom. Situated right next to Termini station which is so convenient. If you need something clean, decent, and don't need something extravagant, this is perfect. The host met up with me and was so nice and hospitable. Very good air conditioning. Yoghurt, sandwiches, hardboiled eggs, water, cereal and fruit among whats offered complimentary for breakfast.
