We had a wonderful two-day stay at Optimus B&B and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is ideal and peaceful + perfectly placed for exploring the area, with everything we needed easily accessible.
The room was very well maintained. it was clear that a lot of care and attention is given to cleanliness and comfort. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay even more relaxing.
What truly made the experience special, though, was Andrea. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out, and he was always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed.
All in all, Optimus B&B offers a cozy, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return! highly recommended!

Great location close to metro, train station and many attractions. Wonderful hosts who are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast (pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, boiled eggs and other things). included in the room price. So was a surprise welcome gift in a mini fridge of prosecco, ham, cheese, yogurt, peanuts etc. We will definitely visit again and tell all of our friends to do the same.

Andrea was an amazing host! On our last day, his wife graciously left us breakfast in our room including curated to-go boxes for our early flight out. The B&B is conveniently located, and the perfect accommodations for our stay in Rome. Despite being close to the station, the room has insulated windows so it was incredibly quiet. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic location next to Roma Termini station. Andrea is an exceptional host and goes above and beyond to service his guests. The room was wonderful with lots of nice touches throughout. The onsite breakfast was very good. Room was accesible via lift which is a real bonus in Italy.

This property exceeds all of my expectations. It is spotless and it has a great location. The owner runs this place and he is just wonderful. It also has a very good breakfast with many choices. The fridge in your room is fully stocked including a bottle of wine for free. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here you will regret it. Less than 1/2 of block from Termini train station and bus to airport.

We like everything. Andrea is the best host. He really cares for his guests. He took a very good care of us, started with an earlier check in and later checking out. He gave us maps and directions how to reach places and how much time we needed. Even more- he gave us a souvenirs!!! Thank you, Andrea, you made our short stay in Rome much better and successful.

Incredibly kind and accommodating host, excellent bed (my mom couldn't stop talking about how well she slept because of it!), delicious and plentiful breakfast options, tasty snacks and treats included in the room, super convenient location.
The area around Roma Termini can be a little intimidating, but we loved being in such close walking distance, and our building had excellent security measures that put us at ease.

Wow! The host was amazing and so friendly - I forgot people like him existed! He greeted us at the front door and helped with our bags up the elevator. He gave us an introduction to Rome and oriented us to the room and amenities. There is free breakfast that he sets up in the kitchen and you can bring it back into your room to eat. He even gave us Rome hat and tote bag when we left for souvenirs. Oh! and he gave us a little take-away box of water and snacks for our travels once we left. Honestly so friendly, nice and accommodating. Would 1000% stay here again! Convenient also a block from Termini Station and accessible via SIT bus when you need to get to the airport!

Great location near Roma Termini. Easy to find. Metro, buses and trains next door. Major attractions within easy reach either by walking, metro or buses. Lots of restaurants near by. Central Mercato across the street with great variety of food stalls, pastries and gelato. Room is very comfortable, super clean and great bed. Quiet and good AC. Wonderful breakfast with cereals, coffee, fruit, eggs and pastries. Room refrigerator stocked every day with cheese, prosciutto, yoghurts, water etc. Fresh towels every day. Andrea, our host, was super friendly and helpful. Welcome Prosecco and travel gifts when leaving. Highly recommend Optimus B&B and will definitely stay here again.

The most wonderful hosts! They were so welcoming and provided lots of snacks and recommendations. Location is very handy, right next to the train station and away from the crowds. We were able to walk to Trevj fountain & Pantheon easily, and get the metro to Vatican City.

Andrea warmly greeted us upon arrival and gave us a detailed review of the accomodations. He was so kind and helpful! The location can't be beat if you're traveling by train and the room was extremely quiet even though located steps from the station.

We had the best time at Andrea’s bn’b. The breakfast was super, with fresh croissants, fruits and coffee every morning, and opportunities to make lunch packages for the day. Awesome location, as we were in the very center of Rome. And the room was great and cleaned every day. Super!
Most importantly: Andrea was a great host. So warm and funny guy. We will go to this bn’b next time we’re in Rome. And recommend everyone else to do the same.

Optimus B&B is in a great location opposite the train station.
The host Andrea was brilliant, he sent detailed information on how to access the property. He greeted us, and went through everything we needed to know about our stay.
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good too.
We were kindly allowed to leave our luggage in the property on the day of departure, when we arrived back to collect. Andrea had made us a snack box for our onward journey.
He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

This cozy two-bedroom B&B is just a few steps away from the Roma Termini station. What stood out the most—besides its convenient location—was the warm hospitality of our gracious host, Andrea. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, from giving us the best recommendations on where to eat, to restocking our fridge daily with snacks and water, and even surprising us with a thoughtful goodie bag filled with souvenirs for our onward journey to Florence. Highly recommend this place!

The owner Andrea is very helpfull, flexible and gives a lot of usefull information.
Good choice of food for breakfast (salty and sweet products) and a good + is the fridge in the room with snacks/sandwiches/drinks for guests' own use.
Very close to Termini train station and approximatively 15min walk to Forum/Colisseo.
Andrea also offered a "good bye" pack with some goodies-drinks, a very nice/gentle gesture.
There is a stair to access the bathroom, so this might be also a "problem" for some persons
