I was in Europe for 2 weeks and was at 7 different hotels. Novotel Roma EUR was the only hotel who provided facial tissues. Good for them! It was quite annoying that no other hotel provided them. It absolutely makes no sense. If toilet paper can be provided so can facial tissues.

Easy in and out if traveling by car
Not much in the area other than the mall...which is a very nice mall..but if you have seen one mall, you have seen them all. Need to have a car to move in and out of the area.

Bathroom has no exhaust fan! Transport is not easy to and from hotel.

The beds were really small, we had to change our room because it was really uncomfortable.
The Bathroom door was hard to open and close. The drawer couldn't be opened. Water tap terrible.The breakfast wasn't at a four star hotel level. Old fruit, rotten vegetables....not enough variety.

The facilities and cleanses
Its very far away from the Center. The taxis are expensive and take a long time to take them.
The air conditioning didnt work property at the room.
And the CITY tax informes by booking was 50 but at the end I have to pay 90 EUR at the hotel!
