Thanks to Mr. Marco and his colleague who ensured that we did not have to change rooms due to two reservations. Thanks also for the advice we received for further travel, Polignano a Mare blew us away.

The hotel is very outdated, and the room felt. The bathroom plumbing was in terrible condition. We booked a more expensive suite, but despite informing the hotel that there were only two of us, the staff kept unfolding and making the sofa bed in the second room every day. We repeatedly folded it back ourselves, yet the bedding was never removed and ended up lying in the room for the entire week.
The breakfasts were very poor, with barely any variety apart from fruit. The juices were so diluted with water that they were impossible to drink. One of the two coffee machines was constantly out of order and would spill milk and coffee everywhere.
The reception staff were not particularly welcoming either and often came across as arrogant.
The hotel does have an excellent location, but unfortunately, that is its only real advantage.
However, the hotel is definitely not worth the money.

Everything was amazing. From staff to the room itself. The hotel is beautiful, really clean with very helpful and nice people managing it. And not only this - hotel is in walkable distance to everything. So you dont need to deal with public transport if you dont want to. And if you are unsure if you want to pay for the breakfast, you should. They are absolutely worth it. :)

Great location! Close to all locations, but at the same time away from noisy tourist areas.
Everything is clean and tidy. The room was excellent.

Location, room size (except the bathroom, bit small), room view, staff super nice, very good breakfast and private parking in loco. I would definitely stay again!!
Overall is a great hotel with very nice and useful staff, perfect location and very clean. May be worth a little refresh as furnitures stars being bit dated, esp. the bathroom.

Enjoyed variety of food at breakfast. Omelet setup was a little difficult to understand, but once I understood the omelet was good. One thing missing from an American view point was waffle or pancake made for you like the omelet.
The opportunity to see American television. France Station says (English) but it was still French.
