Rather than giving a general overview, I would like to highlight the aspects of this hotel that impressed me the most.
The service and staff truly meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, we were personally shown to our junior suite, and our luggage was promptly delivered. In the evening, the staff thoughtfully prepared the room for the night and even left us chocolates — a small gesture that made a big difference.
The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. I was also particularly impressed by the care and attention given to elderly and disabled guests. Additionally, the complimentary lemonade and candy available in the lobby were a lovely touch.
I am sure other guests have already mentioned the hotel’s many other strengths, but these were the highlights of our stay.

We had a very spacious room, quiet and comfortable, with everything you need. It was cleaned every day, coffee and tea refilled, and all the towels were changed regularly. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved the breakfast with many different options. The best part is the location of the hotel with walking distance from the main city sites and in a very pleasant and friendly neighborhood.
The only thing I could think of is that we requested two separate duvets/blankets when we first booked the accommodation (one bed, but we prefer separate covers), but this was not done unfortunately.

The staff refused to refill the daily water bottles that are offered upon cleaning the rooms and informed us that they will be charged.
