Amazing Location right next to the station. Friendly checkin staff, clean and good amenties. Nice luxury hotel.
One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Lucky we were so tired but I wouldn't have wanted to sleep another night. You could literally feel the springs. It let the hotel down which otherwise would have been a 10/10.

Location only.
Hose housekeeping didn't clean properly (I've seen ants several timesin our bed) , it is more a 4-star hotel than 5-star hotel, the breakfast wasn't fresh with low-quality products and even the egg wasn't good (compared with other hotels I've been in Rome ) , reception staff were not friendly.
I felt so bad cause it was my husband's first time in Rome and he didn't enjoy it because these reasons

Nice hotel near Termini Train Station, 1 minute walk. Nice rooms, delicious breakfast and good location. We stay only one night but if we again need the hotel in Rome near Termini, we will definitely come again.
