The location is very central, but on a quiet street, away from the big crowds. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful, nice a peaceful vibe in the restaurant on the ground floor. I had a single bed room which was small and cosy, very quiet and comfortable.

The location was great, close to a variety of bars and restaurants. Right next to the forum as well! Breakfast was really nice, high quality, you pick off a menu, but there was plenty of food. Staff were excellent, even when arriving back late at night, they were always available at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
It's not really a thing that I didn't like, but something you should be aware of. The rooms and hallways are tight. if you're older and have less mobility, it's going to be difficult for you in this hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is excellent.

I like the environment, I love cleanliness of the room and also the reception guy was super nice.
The room was very small. The bed very small. I didn't like that at all. Value for money very poor. I wasn't expecting the room to be that small . Very disappointed

Had to leave very early, before breakfast was served but the aperitivo the night before was superb! The staff are extremely capable and friendly.
All was really lovely, unless they could change the breakfast start to 6am from 7am! Sad I missed that.

The service and cleanliness. The staff were uniformly excellent in providing service and in their friendliness. I would like to particularly commend the front desk staff (especially Charlotte), the kitchen and bar staff (especially John and Pavio [Pouya?]) and the room cleaning staff. It was well located for many of the main attractions ( different from previously trips where I had chosen a hotel at the other end of city near Piazza del Popolo).
My room slightly on small size but OK especially for one person. It was nevertheless very pleasant.
