The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located on a main street relatively close to many of Rome's prinncipal monuments. Good local and reasonably pricedrestaurants quite close to hotel
This is not a full-service hotel. Desk is open only from 800-2000. It is what the Italians call a guest house. It occupies only one floor of an older building with a very small old fashioned elevator into which two people with luggage can barely squeeze. Room was very small with minimal amenities and very little vanity space around the sink. Only one chair in the room, but we were two people. All tv stations only in Italian; no international news stations. This hotel is best for travelers with little luggage and on a budget. It seems expensive for what you get, but even modest room in Rome are not cheap and good rooms in four and five star hotels are very expensive,

One receptionist was lovely and very helpful the other one wasnt very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious however there is a lot of noise from the room and from the elevator in the hotel.
Too much room from the street and from the elevator. Mini fridge doesnt get refilled.

We were so grateful to receive a room upgrade for our 4-night stay, thank you! The balcony offered stunning views over the city streets; the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen amenities all great. Location is central, 5-10min walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum, and is perfect if you need access to the Metro or Termini stations.
Nothing. It's a minimum 4-flight walk-up if you don't take the lift. The lift is very small and serviceable to all but the very top floor.
