Staff was amazing and accommodating. They helped us set up airport transportation since we had a super early flight. They have a small restaurant for lunch and dinner and its amazing!! We loved the gnocchi. Hot tub was a great bonus after a long day of walking.

First time traveling to Rome and really enjoyed the location in prolixity to major attractions. The people working at the front desk were always excited to see me and overall just a great experience! The breakfast was a big bonus and best way to start the day!
Its not like typically hotel chains so there isnt support 24/7. The room was on the smaller side but manageable. The shower has like a half sheet of glass and no way not to get water all over the floor.

Wonderful location as you are in walking distance to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, and several restaurants/bars. The communication with the staff was great as they sent text messages due to late check-in.

- Location
- Very friendly staff
- Very dark in the room, no day sunlight, not possible to do make up.
- Super dirty, curtains with stains. They never clean floors and give dirty towels. Dirty bedding - they put pillows on floor while changing bedding so in the end pillows are covered ground dirt.
- Broken washing faucet. Shower is very used and small, unpleasant to use.
- Room is very used, does not match photos. Everything is peeling of.
- No sound isolation - you can hear people talking walking and staff talking in reception.
- Room has only one big window - it has double glass so you cant see anything. Only thing you can see is sillhouettes of people eating by your window (restaurant is behind the wall).
- We took room with breakfast included. During breakfast you get coffe as it is included in the room price. Later, if you sit in the restautant and want to drink coffe, you must order it for money. They bring it in same cup as in the breakfast. Its super strange and feels very wierd that they dont have any discount or not propose it for free since its same coffe 4 hours ago. No discount for meals also.
- Not worth it at all, price way too big.
To sum up I can not recommend this hotel. Experience in Rome is completely destroyed.

The staff were outstanding - they could not do more for us! The hotel was so clean and so aesthetically pleasing. Its only small and our room was only small but its all we needed. The shower was a beautiful waterfall shower and the aircon was much needed. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring every part of Rome, as you are right in the middle.
The rooms can be a bit noisy from the working restaurant/other guests. However, we bought ear plugs and slept right through.

Everything is super comfortable: central but quite location, rooms are cute, small but enough space for 2 (if you have 2 big suitcases be ready to store them under the table). The shower has good water pressure, the linen is soft and warm. Conditioning works well. The cleaning was made every day, thanks. Breakfast is repeatable but has everything for our taste (warm meal, cheeses, bread and croissants, cerurals and yogurt, pastries, vegetables etc). A very big thanks to Ms. Phonetip, she welcomed us late in the evening and allowed to stay 1 hour after check out in the room. You are very kind and welcoming person, thank you once again!

The hotel has a great location.
Design is still nice.
That was our third time at this hotel.
It used to be really great. But this time, I think it was really too expensive for what it is. Bathroom was not so clean, wall paints were starting to fall apart in some areas, pillows were not soft.
I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast. It costed us 25/pers and was quite cheap food quality for the price (it should not have costed more than 8/10). When you get to the breakfast room you will find a breakfast menu at 15/pers much more appealing (we used to have it included two years ago and it was perfect) but its not included in the 25. If you want it, you have to pay for it.
So I would not recommand to take the breakfast when you make your reservation. Just go down in the morning and ask for the menu if you feel like it.
Last but not least, we let out bag in the morning at the reception upon the hostess suggestion. In the afternoon, I found my bag in the corridor left alone AND OPEN !!! (thanksfully nothing got stolen)
